The front desk staff spoke almost fluent english. Complementry bottled water for your day in the city. The Deluxe suite was fantastic. Beautiful courtyard. The in suite safe requires a special key that is obtained from the front desk. |

The location was very central to the tourist area of Seville. The particular room that we had was charming with a wooden beam sloped roof. The bed was also very comfortable and cozy. The space and rooms are designed to feel like a rustic Sevillian place. It was exactly what we hoped for. |

The staff were efficient, friendly and always available. Rooms are set round a courtyard covered during the heat of the day and open in the cool of the evening. Rooms were looked after with great attention to details. Very comfortable. |

Location was outstanding and the hotel itself was charming - free internet and water good innovations. Very minor criticism but would be helpful if there were a few TV channels in English |

Charming, lovely, and quiet hotel, perfect location, excelent internet connection (both in lobby and wireless in the room, free of charge), firendly and helpfull staff with good english, near to all places of historical interest and to the restaurants. If we will come to Seville again we will stay there and we will strongly recomend it to everyone planning to visit the city. This is not complain, but just to take in account that you should go with your laggage about 100-200 m from the nearest possible taxi-stop. |

The really caring reception staff, also multilingual, a big bed for a single room and water at disposal of guests Breakfast was a huge disappointment, no 'good value for money' at all (9 euros for toasts, orange juice, coffee, two slices of ham and three half slices of tomato). Buffet breakfast are common even in 2 stars hotels and would be a better start of the day. |

The hotel was very welcoming, room nice and large and service good. Situated in the middle of the old city it was an ideal centre for sightseeing The noise of waste collection, particularly bottles, in early morning was an irritant |

The hotel was extremely quiet and relaxing. Great for sleeping! The complimentary water in our room and the stocked refrigerators of water were a great bonus. It is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location! Upon check-in, the staff did not show us around or tell us about the services i.e., internet, sun porch, coffee service. We found them on our second day, but would love to have taken advantage of them from the beginning. They should give each guest a tour of the facilities upon check-in. |

The location of the hotel is just perfect at the heart of the old part of Seville, close to the important moniments. The courtyard of the hotel is beautiful. Its not that I didnt like but I would have rather furnished the rooms with a bit of rustic and spanish style. |

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent and you have bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Seville Cathedral is just a few minutes walk away along very atmospheric and interesting streets. Due to it's location you do have to drag your suitcases along narrow cobbled streets for several minutes. The aircon takes quite some while to cool the rooms down and does not work while you are out. |

Hotel very well located, right in the middle of Barrio Santa cruz so it is very convenient to visit the historical city. The hotel has a lot of charm, the room was not very big but well decorated, clean and comfortable, it is a very good value for money The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would definetly recommand this hotel. |

Located in the old section of Seville, near the cathedral and other historic sites. We ate at the adjoining restaurant several times, which was very good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. |

This is a quaint hotel with an excellent location. It was a short, easy walk from Plaza Santa Cruz--less than 2 minutes. Free internet and free bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable--not hard as a rock. Our room door opened to the restaurant courtyard--This was a bit noisy at night. If you go to bed after midnight, it's not a problem. |
