Tolle Lage und schönes Design. Freundliches Personal.

Very central location Far too trendy. Purple neon lights and loud music in the foyer and bar. We were made to feel very out of place amongst the young hippy staff. Strange "bouncer" at the entrance, made it feel like a cover for less than honest other businesses. |

Super location. Good design/boutique vibe. Our room directly over Reception Bar, so quite noisy - but the inconvenience of this was offset by the magnificent view of the Cathedral. I personally did not like that swimming pool/sun terrace was overlooked by rooftop bar restaurant. Even some bamboos or other screening would make that area more user friendly for non-diners, but in the scheme of things this is very minor. |

Its proximity to the Cathedral and tapas restaurants The service was not at its best as some of the staff seem to forget that there are in the hospitality industry...... |

The location was amazing, The roof terrace bar was a huge plus - great place to have last drink - views of the Castle were incredible. The layout of the rooms was a little unusual. Sink in the main room??? |

It's location, right opposite the Cathedral & the Giralda. We like boutique style hotels like this,it's small but quirky in it's design, trendy yet cosy. Our bedroom was more like an apartment, with a long entrance hall, walkin w'robe, large bedroom-cum-lounge with double floor to ceiling windows with small balconies.Loved the sense of space & airy feel and huge comfy bed. The hotel has three restaurants, only had lunch in one of the tapas bars, menu not in english (unacceptable considering hotel's in middle of tourist hotspot).Had fish dish recommended to us & it cost us 28 euros, felt ripped off.Alot of money spent on accessoring bedroom (eg:Bang & Olfusen tv) but poorly finished,no lights in hallway, switches didnt work.We opted for more expensive room, which was lovely, but felt cut off from hotel.Only had turndown service 2 of our 4 ngt stay.Staff friendly enough but no real atmosphere in hotel. On the sat ngt the rooftop bar was jammed & uncomfortable, but staff were prompt with their service.Overall too pricey for what it is,even given it's prime location. |

Perfect location - Nice room design Hotel was renovated in a Spanish way : intention is good, but result is less : I was given a room just above the Tapas bar : Huge noise due to poor sound proofing. I just though I was sleeping in the middle of a restaurant ! I asked for compensation at check out. I was offered breakfast. But for 350 euros, I consider this as not acceptable. As well, for 350 euros, not even a bottle of water offered in the room (it was 32° that day in Sevillla) |

Very good staff - professional, more than helpful, courteous and focused on the guest. Jose Luis Roca, the manager who made our days wonderful, thank you for your help. Excellent workspace in the room, free WiFi. The design of Hotel is wonderful, I had never seen that before, looks like labyrinth, but it is interesting. Good location, very very nice terrace on roof. The best hotbath on terrace! Service could be improved. We tried to use SPA, but nobody on reception can't help us, we spent our time to find the manager of SPA, she wasn't there at work time. Pool was so small, we can't swimming there, I just diped into the pool sometimes. Noise, noise, noise... someone doing something on the roof at morning, infinity of bump-bump-bump... and, at the night, music didn't stop. I found the ants in toilet. Well, if you don't need the great pool, SPA relax and you like nightlife, this hotel for you. |
