It was the cheapest hotel for the new year's eve. For that price you get: very loud rooms (it stays at the crossing of two big roads, there is traffic there all the time), poorly equipped rooms, no wifi in rooms. Knowing what I get I would never stay there, and I would recommend it only if 10 euros is what it takes to shake your budget, otherwise get a room at a hostel in the old town. |

Front desk was there 24 hours, clean rooms. the location in the 'center' wasn't quite as central as we would have liked. i was hoping to be closer to the historic part of town and it was a 10-15 minute walk. For the price, I think we could have found somehwere a little more charming and better located. |

Location. The worst thing about the hotel is that you hear everything your neighbors do. Everything—even switching lights on and off. They have TVs in the rooms, but you can only watch it with the use of headphones which you can get from hotel staff. This hotel is for elder people who is back home at 9 p.m., not for those who is going to attend flamenco shows and restaurants. However, it was pretty fun staying in the hotel because of such inconveniences :) |

Staff always present and helpful. Elevator at entrance. Consistently noisy tenants above the hostal. |

Staff did hardly speak any other language than Spanish. No English, no French, no German. Difficult to explain anything complex. |

Location was ok. At first we got a twin bed room and then when we insisted that we ordered a double bed we got a tiny room .for the air conditioner we were supposed to get a remote from the reception so we asked for one and they did not have, so the possibility was to either put it one or off, we prefered the "on" possibility and asked for a blanket , they said they don't have one, and after a while privided one. we parked in the hotel's parking place which cost 10 euro and paid more hourly because we wanted to leave later on the second day. Only one of the staff knew English and when he left there were difficulties in getting things done. |

It was close to central Seville, walking distance to most tourist attractions and the river and within easy walking of local eateries and bars. Staff didn't speak english but were helpful as far as was possible. Easy to come and go as we pleased. |

Staff were very polite and helpful especially when parking the car in the secure garage. There was a chilled cabinet where water and soft drinks were available which was a bonus as we visited when it was 38c. Sat nav took us straight to the hotel which was very near all the tourist spots, an excellent hotel for the tourist trip to see this beautiful city. |

Very Central location, close to bus station and clean room. I think there are normal residential flats above the hotel and they made quite a bit of noise that we did not sleep too well. Staff does not speak much English though. |

The hotel was centrally located in Sevilla, within 5 minutes walk of the torre oro and the bull ring. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location in a side street means that traffic noise is low - except for the sirens of the emergency services ( they seem to have a lot of emergencies in Sevilla!!) |
