TheHotel is in an excellent location.Reception staff provided good information on local attractions without having to ask and spoke good level of english. Breakfast was far better than any 3*hotel we stayed at.We were given freshly squeezed Seville orange juice every morning.Evening meals were very good and found the waiters to be very professional and polite. The rooms were very clean and maid service each day.Rooms were well sound proofed unlike other hotels we have stayed at.Dont be tempted to go for the low priced 3 course meals as they are of low quality. Its much better to go for one course for the same price and receive good quality food, which is what this hotel offers. This hotel made our stay most enjoyable as staff were very pleasant |

Great Location! The owners were very nice and helpful! The towels should have been nicer and there should have been more available! It would have been nice to have some coffee or tea available. |

This is a great hotel in an excellent location. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the hotel staff are excellent. The room we stayed in was very quiet and the bathroom was quite large. The breakfast which is included with the price of the room is outstanding. The hotel and the staff are a charm. |

Reception staff, helpful, friendly. Breakfast very good. Shower- 8 nozzles/ 3 choices of settings, good pressure. Nice older traditional style of hotel. Great location once your there. Clean. Waiters can be rude, intolerant and abrupt..not at all friendly. Had a problem with what I ordered and what i was charged for in the restaurant and were not willing to discuss and when checking out had something competely not mine on the bill....if you eat at restaurant and have it put on your room watch what your paying for. Not east to find when arriving. |

The location is simply wonderful, it is also very quiet despite the lovely little Plaza de Los Venerables is a very touristic place, quiet also at night, plus good size of the bedroom as well as the bathroom, very very clean!!!! Everything is very traditional and with character. I got also a very good rate for a single traveller. The air conditioning system should be updated as it is very noisy inside the room. I stayed in the number 108 Brigida bedroom, but apart from that the room was very good. |

The kindness of the staff at the reception. The central location and the reasonable price. The furniture of the room. The air conditioner which could not be regulated (too cold in the room), the modern shower which could not be regulated either and functioned in a poor stage. The unpoliteness of the waiter in the restaurant. The floor in the room being dirty. The lack of parking facility in the neighborhood although it was known beforehand but it was really a horror to find the hotel by car. |

A very nice place to stay in the heart of pittoresque Seville the only thing I didn't like was the bed, I guess I'm used to something a bit softer.... |

The hotel is in a wonderful location and offers every convenience at a reasonable price. It also has a nice historic feeling fully in keeping with the old quarter of Sevillia. |

The hotel may not be easy to find, but fortunately we met someone who gave us excellent direction. However, each day after, we took a different route to/fro our hotel because of the maze-like effect of santa cruz - kind of interesting. The day staff speak english but evening staff is hopeless. Breakfast wasnt disappointing. |

Very nice little hotel in a renovated and very old part of town. (So old, in fact that I am not sure that a taxi could deliver to the front door - the 'streets' are too narrow.) Lots of good food around. Be sure to take in the Flamingo show that the hotel recommends - it is very good. |

Good location. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast and superb restaurant. Bedrooms were quite small and not enough room in bathroom. Could do with more storage space as this was limited. |

Simple, clean room. Location was excellent for visiting most of the important sites in Sevilla. Small but serviceable bathroom. Walls and doors rather thin, allowing noise from restaurant below and other guests to disurb sleep. |

The staff were very charming and helpful, the hotel was located in the pedestrian area , surrounded by excellent retaurants and within easy walking of the Alcazar. Nothing. But I recommend that in the hotel information there is a map to show the immediate pedestrian area and the closest possible taxi drop off points. |
