central location the hotel is really overpriced for the quality of the rooms it offers!!! they gave us for 140 euro per night a room on the ground floor that smelled on dump and with very old and worn furniture. Plus, we had to good through the halls long way to get to the reception. And we couldn't find the hotel because there were no directions to the hotel once you get into the maze of the Santa Cruz! |

Location in the city center! Wonderful authentic houses and a view. My mattress was soft and very uncomfortable. The smell of not so good piping in the toilet. |

I liked the idea to build a hotel from at least 17 small houses tied with each other in a huge complex. All houses have different story dating back deep in Sevillas rich history and we found it amazing to stay so close to it. Fantastic idea, great place and perfect people and service. We simply loved it. |

Wonderful romantic courtyards. Fabulous bathrooms with whirlpool bath and fantastic shower that unlike many hotels do what they say they do in the information. Huge choice of good quality food for breakfast. |

The location of the hotel, in the middle of the Juderia and off Sta Maria La Blanca, is excellent for atmosphere and walking to the main attractions. The layout was charming and certainly original...if a little confusing at first. We ate one night in the restaurant which was good, if a little slow in service as was the piano bar. Though both were charming in their decor and atmosphere. The Spa was also an unusual plus, located deep in the burrows. The room was rather dark - a natural downside of facing in to a cute courtyard. The lighting in the room should have been better to help compensate. The easist route to get to reception or the main road was through the backsteets which, at certain times of the day, were well frequented by dog-walkers.....whose loved ones left their traces on the pavement making it a tricky walk to avoid the many little "packages" strewn on the street. |

We loved the design of the hotel and the location. The breakfasts were excellent and loved all the outdoor areas including the roof pool and sun area which was great after a days touring or shopping. |

I've stayed all over the world and this hotel had more charm and class than one usually finds. It was an inspiring group of buildings with special courtyards and lovely piano music every evening. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and especially those interested in walking the streets of history in this old barrio. |

Great location to many key sights. Easy accessibility for taxis. Lots of great restaurants and pubs nearby. The front desk staff were exceptional in assisting with bookings and information. English interaction was excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great variety and good service. A tour of the hotel gardens, many patios and the tunnel system made for a very impressive stay. The pool was closed for the season, therefore not able to comment. Overall, this was good value, clean, quiet rooms and excellent service. Access to the public computers was reasonable but speed was slow. Wireless was poor. |

The main house was beautiful, as were the internal courtyards and sitting rooms so these could be enjoyed. I was very disappointed with the room allocated. The room might have been allocated according to the discounted rate paid, however assuming normal rates were charged as shown on the site, the room would have been very overpriced. The room allocated was in the rear villa called Patios de San Clemente. First time visitors would not know that this was the rear villa. The allocated was small and literally in the bowels of the building receiving no natural light. The beauty of the main building could not be enjoyed. When I brought this to the attention of staff on check out, they were totally dismissive and disinterested in the problem- disappointing experience. |

Room was lovely; the facilities excellent. A beautiful Seville grand house. The fantastic thing about it for us was the patio with rooftop pool and sunbathing area with a small bar and a spa-though we didn't use those they would be just right. In mid October the temperature in the afternoon was 36C and a cold plunge was precious. |

Thia is an astonishing hotel, with its amazing collection of courtyards, pools, and wonderful flowers. The room (incl. bathroom) was excellent, the breakfast (try the crepes!) delicious, the staff pleasant and efficient. The location, a couple of minutes' walk through the Santa Cruz barrio to the Alcazar andthe cathedral, was terrific. A slightly surly and unhelpful person at reception when I first asked about room availability |

Uniqueness of the hotel, charming tiled floors in walkways were very noisy, especially when people pulled their luggage across them early in the morning...echoing throughout the halls |
