Sehr ansprechend war das grosszügige, sowohl professionell renovierte als auch geschmackvoll eingerichtete Doppelzimmer in angenehmen Farbtönen, mit Stuckverzierungen sowie weiteren liebevollen Details. Zudem ist das Personal sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Die Reservierung war trotz "booking.com" ein wenig kompliziert. |

Sehr gute Lage,Nähe sowohl zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. |

sehr gut,super Lage,sehr hilfsbereites Personal,hat zusätzlich den irischen Pub wo man rauchen kann-muss aber nicht!sehr gepflegtes Restaurant,also alle Voraussätzungen um das Hotel nochmal zu buchen |

zentrale Lage beim Plaza Nueva und somit kurze Gehdistanzen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer Für ein 4-Stern Hotel kein public Internet bzw. nur Anschluss auf den Zimmern. Geringe Anzahl eigener Parkplätze vorhanden, es hat jedoch ein öffentliches Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 20 Euro pro Tag). |

Ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer und dieses Hotel hat behindertengerechte Zimmer. Man war sehr zuvorkommend und ich hatte keine Probleme. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral gut für eine Städtereise. Das Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet. Badezimmer sehr komfortabel. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen. |

We were upgraded to a king-sized bedroom, which was quite large with excellent appointments. Bed was quite hard, however. |

Our room was beautiful...spacious and attractive. The private patio looking over the Plaza was fantastic. The bed was hard as a rock! Also even though our room was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled strongly of smoke. I wondered if the neighbors were smoking and it came through the air vents. |

The facilities and location the addition of the hotel having a "Irish" bar made for a very relaxing atmosphere Nothing is particular although our room overlooked a night club which was quite noisey but I suppose that all part of the city experiance |

carpark service below hotel very convenient, very centrally located, large rooms very comfortable and a large double bed, firm was great! unfortunately the room we had, 401 i think, had the lift shaft adjoining one wall and the noise of the groaning lift was extremely annoying, luckily enough "tinto" was drunk to enable me to sleep until 10.30 in the morning, however another guest may well find this intolerable. |

location is excellent, Irish pub is great reception makes always the first impression, which was very bad. I don't understand why. the staff should be trained to greet more warmly new coming guests and I didn't get a receipt when I was leaving a hotel. Except this everything was fine. rooms are clean, only the towels are quite old. But location is great and Seville is very beatiful city, so you can forget about this minor imperfections. Just relax and have fun |

Situated in perfect location for city and old part. Great view over the plaza Nueva. All round good quality and value for money. Pleasant and helpfull staff. Difficult to approach by car without asking for help. |

Found the location to be very good, and the parking service was very handy. sadly several of the desk staff were very unhelpful, unhappy and rude much of the time, this was noticed with other guests also so it isnt just my experience. Also we paid for a double room but ended up getting a twin with the beds pushed together. The staff in the bar were also very surly and bad tempered towards us for no reason. |

Very good location for visiting all the sights in Seville. Can be noisy at night but that is part of the atmosphere of the city. Room remained lovely and cool even when hot outside. Would recommend on comfort and location but not if you want the personal touch. Staff are very aloof and we felt they were not very interested if clients enjoyed there stay or not. This was reflected in the fact that this was the only hotel on our trip which did not have a questionnaire asking guests opinion of their stay. |

Location, window blinds, quiet at night No flexibility - did not let us in for breakfast at 10:35 while other people were still eating. Poor internet connection, had to call the service company to make it work. Shower needs a replacement. |
