Our room was really lovely and comfortable the hotel was extremely clean the staff c=very helpful Noise, noise, noise!!! Serious building work right next door making hotel vibrate started at 8 in the morning not nice way to wake up!! |

First and foremost, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff: there was a very personal feel to the whole experience. The design and history of the place was what attracted us to it when choosing a hotel. The location was perfect for both sight-seeing and shopping, and the surrounding bars and restaurants catered for a variety of tastes. It was fairly obvious that the hotel was not staffed during the night and overnight security could be compromised. One wondered what would happen if there were an emergency. |

it was an upscale bed and breakfast with a lot of charm maybe a little dusty which caused some allergies, but in general, seville made my husband allergic. |

the location was good the hotel staff was partly unkind(the girl woho served breakfast) and loud (the cleaning) like the whole hotel.i wouldn`t go there again and i won`t recommend it! |

The hotel was adorable and charming. Very quiet area. Although the bed was small, it was incredibly comfortable. To find the hotel was tricky. Altough asuperior room was booked, we ended up in a standard room. Still nice though. |

Como añado en perfil alternativo, diría que es el hotel más intimo en el que nos hemos alojado, nos hemos sentido como en casa, con un trato familiar exquisito, donde destacaría la atención por parte de la Srta. Andrea de recepción, que nos hizo facil desde el primer día con su amabilidad y simpatía nuestra estancía en el hotel, indicándonos todas las rutas a seguir por Sevilla, como llegar a todos sitios, callejeándo que es la forma de conocer cada rincón de esta Ciudad tan especial.Volveremos sin dudarlo. |

La ubicación, la amabilidad de la chica que servia el desayuno. Que sólo había 4 mesas de dos personas para los desayunos, lo que originaba colas. Tampoco nos gustó que la habitación estaba en la planta baja a lado de la recepción y había mucho jaleo de entradas y salidas. La atención en la recepción era en ocasiones mejorable. |

hôtel charmant et romantique, beaucoup de petits détails agréables (peignoir, gros pommeau de douches, eau fraiche à disposition, ..., décoration très soignée).Petits déjeuners raffinés et délicieux. Hôtel très sonore : la chambre du dessus était occupée par un couple avec un bébé qui pleurait et qu'on entendait distinctement. Bruits très forts de canalisation dès que les toilettes ou les douches des autres chambres étaient utilisées. Dommage. SItuation un peu excentrée mais pas vraiment gênant. En revanche difficile à trouver et pas de parking à l'hôtel. Enfin prix trop cher. |

sehr freundlicher Empfang einer sehr gut englisch sprechenden Dame. Kleines, gepflegtes, neu renoviertes Haus. Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage (etwa 15 Minuten zur Kathedrale, 5 Minuten zum Shoppen). Persönliche Athmosphäre. Eingang aller Zimmer zu einem überdachten Innenhof, so dass relativ laut, wenn z.B. an der Rezeption telefoniert wird, ab 23:00 Uhr aber Ruhe. Nebenhaus wird total umgebaut, dadurch Aufwecken um 8:00 durch schwere Hammerschläge und einstürzende Decken/ Wände. Gebucht war ein superior-Zmmer - gewöhnungsbedürftig: Wände und Decken komplett weinrot gestrichen, dadurch recht dunkel wirkend. Negativ: durch Heizungskamin überwarmes Bad, Fenster öffnete sich nur zum Gang des Innenhofs und konnte damit de facto nicht offen gelassen werden. |

el personal ha tenido un inmejorable trato con nosotros. La limpieza un 10 y los desayunos fantásticos en un ambiente muy cálido. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, acogedoras y con todo lujo de detalles en la decoración. No hay ascensor |

Mit dem auto sehr schwierig zu erreichen. Schlechte Info ueber Parkmoeglichkeiten. Adresse war nicht korrekt. (Strasse umbenannt!) Bibliothek als einziger Fruehstuecksbereich sehr ungeeignet und unbequem (zum Essen). |

La habitación, "nostalgia flamenca" en la planta baja, era espaciosa (incluyendo su baño), estaba decorada con mucho gusto y estaba muy limpia. Su baño era de acceso para discapacitados, con lo cual no sé si eso fue decisivo en que fuese espaciosa. Pertenecía a la categoría de habitación doble superior. |

La terraza que teníamos al lado y que era un placer y la habitación que era sencilla pero muy cálida y confortable. El servicio de las personas del hotel, impecable. La habitación estaba en el último piso y sin ascensor las escaleras se hacían empinadas. Por la noche la campana de la iglesia cercana era algo molesta pero soportable. |
