Wonderful stay at the Vincci la Rabida. We stayed in their family room which was a welcome change from a one room hotel we had grown accustomed to in our 2 week trip through Spain. The room was spacious with a second floor loft/sleeping quarters. Living area converted to a bedroom which gave the kids some space away from parents. Finding hotel rooms in Europe for more than 2 is challenging. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is a bit hidden and getting back at night was always a bit of a challenge but the accomidations made the adventure worth while. Would definately stay again. |

Essentially the location and the beautiful restoration[for the Seville World Exhibition] of what seems to have been an old [Arab] Riad. Staff was outstanding in their help and services. Something we see less and less. A great place to go and visit wonderful Seville. Also, the staff volunteers to assist you, they do not wait that you ask. OUTSTANDING A few things:1/ the bathrooms need a face lift and working showers, not just a hook on the wall! 2/ The hotel should become greener: the marvelous entrance hall has one sliding door, in winter importing the cold through the whole building and in summer, most likely exporting the AC to the street. 3/ The large hall misses some "working" tables where you could sit and write. 4/ You have to pay for WiFi, and it is not cheap. Get a coffee at Starbucks (5 min walk) and get a 45 minutes access for the price of your coffee! Having said so, those are suggestions... we had a very nice stay with very welcoming staff. |

Hotel parking in Seville a plus, the car was safe in an enclosed secured parking garage. Very comfortable suite, central to most of the city's highlights and attractions, most within walking distance! Very quite location during the evening hours. The staff was friendly and most spoke English, the front desk staff was extremely helpful on a wide variety of "tourist" requests. Very clean, very comfortable, very convenient, very enjoyable. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding. Spectacular view from the roof top area! Reconstruction on the building next to our suite! Jackhammers at 8 am was not welcomed (but this is temporary since they will been done at some point in the near future), however, the noise was for a short duration and did not occur each day of our 6 day stay, our 12 y.o. did enjoy observing the crane in action from the living room balcony. The building (and plumbing) is very old but very well maintained, however, open entering our suite there was a nasty sewage smell from the bathroom drains that required constant attention from the hotel staff to control. The parking was not included with the room, so it was an additional fee. The restaurant, although very good for adults tastes was limited for our 12 y.o. and was a bite pricey. |

Excellent location, delightful environment, comfortable and clean room and great breakfasts. We loved the view from the roof - probably the best you'll find of Seville. We'd have no hesitation in returning. |

The location was excellent for my purposes; centrally located but not on a high traffic street. Staff was very helpful. Beds comfortable. The breakfast was expensive and there was a charge for ice. |

the dining room, the outdoor patio, the rooftop restaurant overlooking the Cathedral, the quiet of the room, the breakfast, the location the access to the ground floor rooms (up one elevator and down another, or using the service access hallway, the cockroaches in a friend's room and the one in the service access hallway. I think I might have preferred a room on an upstairs floor, but I am not sure since I did not see any. |

Hotel had lots of character and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hotel was lacking in atmosphere and even the suite looked out onto a courtyard with a blank wall - no vie at all made it feel claustrophobic. |

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is always spotless clean. The location is handy for everything. All femele receptionists are rude and incredibly lazy. Not attentive, not friendly, not professional. This is not what I expected from 4 star hotel and this almost ruined our holiday. The room is not well-lit and absolutely no view even I requested the well-lit room with view in advance. All you see is the wall of opposite building in front of your norse. I asked if we can change the room, but they rejected ! TV didn't work. I asked check it and fix it, but they didn't do anything. The room was bit noisy. You hear footsteps etc from the room above. I had high hope about this hotel, but bit let down. |

The staff were very helpful & breakfast in the courtyard was a very pleasant way to begin the day. The underground car park for the hotel [valet parking] was not convenient if you needed to fetch anything from your car-it always involved getting the staff to go with you. |

We were upgraded at no additional cost. The room was of a good size, well decorated and furnished, full of light and featured a south facing balcony. Expensive breakfast and the loose menus and hotel guide in the room did not match up causing a little confusion. The staff could be more friendly or cheerful. |

The location was excellent for all main attractions. The public areas were comfortable and relaxing. The first room we were offered had a window opening onto an air shaft that had a roof over it. The air conditioning control had been vandalised and was not working so no fresh air came into the room at all. However, we were offered an alternative. |

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are a reasonable size. The location was good for sightseeing, being very close to the cathedral and the Alcazar, shopping and eating out. Very difficult access by car and once the car is parked it is almost impossible to access anything that may have been left in it. Offhand reception staff. |

On arrival we received a complimentary plate of fruit and chocolates as it was my Birthday. The sound of the cathedral bells and other church bells in the distance in the mornings. The cheerfulness and the friendliness of all the staff, especially listening to my non too competent Spanish! The high quality toiletries in the room. The quietness of the street it is in, but the closeness to the centre. The large comfortabale room and bathroom. The TV channel changing was a bit slow! |
