Excellent location, delightful environment, comfortable and clean room and great breakfasts. We loved the view from the roof - probably the best you'll find of Seville. We'd have no hesitation in returning. |

The location was excellent for my purposes; centrally located but not on a high traffic street. Staff was very helpful. Beds comfortable. The breakfast was expensive and there was a charge for ice. |

the dining room, the outdoor patio, the rooftop restaurant overlooking the Cathedral, the quiet of the room, the breakfast, the location the access to the ground floor rooms (up one elevator and down another, or using the service access hallway, the cockroaches in a friend's room and the one in the service access hallway. I think I might have preferred a room on an upstairs floor, but I am not sure since I did not see any. |

Hotel had lots of character and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hotel was lacking in atmosphere and even the suite looked out onto a courtyard with a blank wall - no vie at all made it feel claustrophobic. |

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is always spotless clean. The location is handy for everything. All femele receptionists are rude and incredibly lazy. Not attentive, not friendly, not professional. This is not what I expected from 4 star hotel and this almost ruined our holiday. The room is not well-lit and absolutely no view even I requested the well-lit room with view in advance. All you see is the wall of opposite building in front of your norse. I asked if we can change the room, but they rejected ! TV didn't work. I asked check it and fix it, but they didn't do anything. The room was bit noisy. You hear footsteps etc from the room above. I had high hope about this hotel, but bit let down. |

The staff were very helpful & breakfast in the courtyard was a very pleasant way to begin the day. The underground car park for the hotel [valet parking] was not convenient if you needed to fetch anything from your car-it always involved getting the staff to go with you. |

hotel was very clean and comfortable, and was in such a good location for the city and shops. would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, also at no time was a menu displayed for the restaurant. |

We were upgraded at no additional cost. The room was of a good size, well decorated and furnished, full of light and featured a south facing balcony. Expensive breakfast and the loose menus and hotel guide in the room did not match up causing a little confusion. The staff could be more friendly or cheerful. |

The location was excellent for all main attractions. The public areas were comfortable and relaxing. The first room we were offered had a window opening onto an air shaft that had a roof over it. The air conditioning control had been vandalised and was not working so no fresh air came into the room at all. However, we were offered an alternative. |

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are a reasonable size. The location was good for sightseeing, being very close to the cathedral and the Alcazar, shopping and eating out. Very difficult access by car and once the car is parked it is almost impossible to access anything that may have been left in it. Offhand reception staff. |

In a "walking"city the hotel was ideally situated the room was quiet as requested. The staff were somewhat disinterested-the rooms were certainly not four star-The corridor carpets were filthy-The hotel could not be described as Boutique |

On arrival we received a complimentary plate of fruit and chocolates as it was my Birthday. The sound of the cathedral bells and other church bells in the distance in the mornings. The cheerfulness and the friendliness of all the staff, especially listening to my non too competent Spanish! The high quality toiletries in the room. The quietness of the street it is in, but the closeness to the centre. The large comfortabale room and bathroom. The TV channel changing was a bit slow! |

Very convenient location in central Seville. Beautiful architecture inside. Roof restaurant and bar give fabulous views over the city. Carpets and tiles in some corridors need replacing. Carpets are dirty, tiles are chipped. |

The hotel was everything that the reviews said it would be and more. The room was fantastic. It was well located for the tourist attractions we wanted to see. Our stay was quiet, relaxing and romantic. Just the start we needed to our holiday. The room safe didn't work properly even after it was "fixed" which was a nuisance and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but your reviews warned us of that and we made our own arrangements in advance. |

The location was excellent, close to all the major sights. The hotel was reasonably clean and its conversion from a palace was interesting. View of the cathedral and Giralda very good. We absolutely hated the layout and the access to our room was complicated due to the design of the hotel. We had to take 2 different lifts and walk along a long corridor to get from 1 lift to the other. The lifts were tiny and sometimes it took an eternity to get to our room. The stairs were hard to locate and instructions on how to exit the building in the event of a fire were confusing or non existent. In our 5 night stay we still were unable to leave the building quickly and easily. We found it very frustrating and I would not recommend this hotel for that reason only. |

Its a beautiful old style hotel with a courtyard and nice lobby area. My hotel room was a decent size. I stayed in room 119. Has to be the worst room in the house. It is clear that at one time the unit suffered severe water damage. There are water spots and bare walls at certain points. Whomever did the restoration did a terrible job. They never scraped away the wet area and just put more plaster on it. It looks awful. Also, during my stay, i went out and came back at night to a room of flying insects and ants. I was afraid but stayed as the insects were on the second level. |

Rooms very spacious, with balcony. Roof bar/restaurant was great spot for evening drinks, and views spectacular.Lovely courtyard on ground floor. Hotel very centrally located with most attractions/restaurants within easy walk. No bar downstairs - reliant on bar being open on roof terrace(which was not open all day). |

Located in the charming Santa Cruz neighbourhood, this hotel is a beautifully restored stately home with impressive central courtyard and animated piano bar – cool off in the outdoor pool. |
The hotel Becquer is located just in the centre of Sevilla, 10 minutes walking from the Giralda, the Sierpes street, the bull-fighting ring, the Barrio de Triana or the Cartuja. |
The airy, modern Silken Al Andalus is located a short drive from Seville’s city centre. Set near Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España, it offers a true taste of traditional Andalusia. |
This emblematic hotel faces the Town Hall in Seville’s historic city centre, just 3 blocks from the colossal Cathedral. |
