Prachtig gebouw met een comfortabel, mooi gesitueerd zwembad op het dakterras. Fraaie design badkamer, met kwalitatief bovengemiddelde badproducten. |

bereikbaarheid tov het centrum perfect op wandelafstand, de ligging is zodanig goed hetgeen een pluspluspunt krijgt. En de beschikbaarheid van een zwembad is een luxe na lange warme stadswandelingen. |

De mooie en verzorgde inrichting van het hotel Parking was voorzien, bij aankomst op zondag was er plaats. Personeel zei iets over een parking in de buurt.Vanaf maandag bleek de parking verhuurd aan de aannemer in de buurt, geen bericht van het personeel, boete onder de ruitenwisser ! |

Mooie locatie. Ruime kamer. Klein, maar fijn zwembad. Afstand van centrum prima lopend te doen. Ontbijt 15 euro per persoon. Geen gebruik van gemaakt aangezien je voor 5 euro per persoon op een terrasje kunt ontbijten. Er is geen bar aanwezig. Je kunt wel op diverse andere rustige plaatsen een drankje nuttigen. |

Redelijk dcht tegen het cenrum ! Smaakvol ingericht ! Ruime sobere kamer ! Tof zwembadje , met te weinig ligzetels voor als het hotel vogeboekt is ! |

Het hotel is zeer aangenaam, in de typische HOSPES stijl en het personeel uitermate vriendelijk. Een aanrader qua hotel. Het eten in het restaurant is jammerlijk beneden het peil van het hotel. Ook de ligging van het hotel (30 min wandelen van het centrum) is een minpuntje, ook onvindbaar zonder GPS en zelfs moeilijk mét GPS. |

Zeer mooie inrichting, prachtige locatie, prachtig zwembad en relaxruimte op het dak. Verbazend rustig ook en toch een centrale ligging. De kamers zijn heel smaakvol ingericht. |

Clean, boutique rooms, nice small touches (fruits around the hotel, complimentary drink) AC unit was very noisy and made a whirring sound; very small pool / deck area; staff were overloaded, curt and not too helpful overall - for example, we asked for train / bus information and they gave us the website for renfe.com but after hours of problems on the site, they failed to mention that you can't make a booking with less than 48 hours - which might not even be true; after trying to get bus information for us they simply told us they were getting a machine and hung up; also, despite staff suggestions (such as the flamenco night) for the area, one gets the sense that they were making commission on their recommendations. Not what you expect for the price. |

The hotel has a ridiculous and unfair cancellation policy that the hotel doesn't make clear on it's website. We and our friends staying in the hotel were forced to cut our stay short. Even though we informed them more than 48 Hours in advance, we were forced to pay 100% of the room price. We had two rooms, one occupied by two and one occupied by 1 person, logically one would at least have to pay the 1 person rate for the unused nights, but even this the hotel wasn't willing to do. Should we have cancelled our stay completely we wouldn't have to pay anything, and should we simply never have shown up without canceling, we would only have paid one night. However, honest an people forced to cut their stay short are squeezed out every last cent |

Very stylish hotel in old city centre. Special atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Hotel and restaurant are expensive according to Spanish standards. No Internet connectivity throughout the hotel but only a fixed computer in a business corner; nowadays that is not really acceptable for a hotel of this standard. |

The sun terrace . The building work going on outside the hotel -the noise and the dust. The fact that the reception staff mislaid our room key . The fact that we were charged for breakfast which we did not have. The darkness of the rooms .The luke warm shower. The arogance of some ( not all) of the reception staff. |

The hotel is very nicely decorated .Staff genrally very helpfull. They changed our room as soon as we requested and were very helpful with other requests. Noise was the only issue. Especially with current construction of another hotel across the street. The problem was they should not have booked us in the noisiest room in the hotel to start with. |

Le style très typique Andalou, la disponibilité du personnel et des services aux clients. La qualité de l'accueil et très bonne restauration.Des petits salons très agréables ainsi que des patios splendides pour se reposer, lire... Très bien placé pour visiter la vieille ville. L'insonnorisation des chambres est à parfaire. Aucune chaîne tv Française ou Anglaise, pas très agréable pour les touristes. Le frigo de la chambre était en panne, donc pas de boissons fraîches possibles? |
