Zentrale Lage, sehr ruhig, viel Comfort und zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gross, aber qualitaiv schlecht. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, die Milch war sauer. Wir haben dann darauf verzichtet |

Positiv war, dass in jedem Zimmer ein Laptop zur Verfügung stand und die Einrichtung neu und modern war. Man konnte nicht mal einen Kaffee trinken, da die "Bar" Montag/Dienstag geschlossen ist... Für mehr als das eine Wasser in der Minibar wurde man in den Supermarket geschickt. Die nur fünf 2er Tische zum Frühstück sind meist besetzt, man wartet.... Andere normale Sachen für diese Kategorie, wie Kleenex im Bad, waren nicht vorhanden. |

Sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr geeignet für Leute, die keinen grossen Wert legen auf "Ambiente". Das Haus, die Räume, die Einrichtungen sind sehr nüchtern, funktionell, technisch halt. Es könnte überall in der Welt stehen. Das Personal (Reception) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bezeichnung "Petit Palace" ist vielleicht etwas irreführend, weil da wirklich kein andalusisches Flair ist... Unpersönliche Atmosphäre, sicher nicht romatisch! Zu beachten ist: es gibt je nach Buchungsdatum riesige Preisunterschiede! Wir buchten (Anfang Februar!) zu einem Preis, der eine Woche später mehr als doppelt so hoch gewesen wäre! |

schönes Hotel, macht Eindruck ist aber nicht so wie es scheint! Wir sind nach 1 Übernachtung geflüchtet, bei uns im Zimmer brummte es, schlafen unmöglich, Bett zu klein, Badezimmer im Glas Käfig, jeder wird wach wenn man das WC benutzt, Nie wieder! |

The hotel staff was very friendly. The location was very good although it was in an old area, which was like a labyrinth of streets. It was hard to find our ways in the beginning until we got used to it. |

Checking out, glad we only booked one night. Very difficult to find on the one way system and nearest Parking is 5 minutes walk away. Very small distastefully furnished rooms, contemporary in this case equals cold basic. Unhygienic bath room as jet covers from bath tub detached and floated in the water, blood soiled band aid used by previous client left by bath step. Refused first two rooms offered as double, as they were only suitable for a single bed, eventually offered upgrade to a family room to sleep 6 with two sets of bunks, which was not quite the romantic break we booked. We paid extra for the Romantic package which we had to ask for, which only consisted of tiny 20cl bottle of Cava and 4 disgusting stale chocolates. There were only 6 small tables in the breakfast room which were reserved by other clients so had to eat breakfast outside on the cold patio. Warning! Tick box on registration form to opt out of the hotel having access to client’s medical records. The whole experience of this “Romantic” break to celebrate my Birthday was spoiled by the cold, basic and expensive hotel with no atmosphere, we would have preferred to cancel the booking but it was too late. |

Great location in the older section of Santa Cruz-right near the Cathedral, restaurants, etc Very difficult to find-nowhere to park if you have a car-beds are incredibly hard |

Location was perfect for our purposes. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff very helpful. Good value for Seville. Bed was a little hard, but not unacceptable, and a little smaller than I would have liked - but we found this common. |

it is very conveniently situated for all the sights. The complementary drinks bar with juice, water and coffee was a nice touch but it was closed on our last day and the juice ran out on the day before. It would have been nice to have an outside area to sit. The internal courtyard is nice it doesnt feel like you are outside. |
