The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The beds were hard for us. The bathtub seemed to be out of order… |

Great location. English-speaking staff, knowledgeable, helpful. In the old Santa Cruz historic district. Free laptop with free wireless online service provided in the room. Modern furniture and decor. Very hip. A bit like the W ambiance. Stayed two nights, four days apart, in two different rooms. Second room was fine, very modern and spotless bathroom. First room, bathroom was older, shower wasn't well cleaned, grunge in the grout between the tiles. Bathroom walls and door were frosted glass, so not adequately private. Rather awkward with your grown children right outside the door. City location means street noise is inevitable. Not a deal breaker. I'd definitely stay there again. |

The hotel staff was very friendly. The location was very good although it was in an old area, which was like a labyrinth of streets. It was hard to find our ways in the beginning until we got used to it. |

Checking out, glad we only booked one night. Very difficult to find on the one way system and nearest Parking is 5 minutes walk away. Very small distastefully furnished rooms, contemporary in this case equals cold basic. Unhygienic bath room as jet covers from bath tub detached and floated in the water, blood soiled band aid used by previous client left by bath step. Refused first two rooms offered as double, as they were only suitable for a single bed, eventually offered upgrade to a family room to sleep 6 with two sets of bunks, which was not quite the romantic break we booked. We paid extra for the Romantic package which we had to ask for, which only consisted of tiny 20cl bottle of Cava and 4 disgusting stale chocolates. There were only 6 small tables in the breakfast room which were reserved by other clients so had to eat breakfast outside on the cold patio. Warning! Tick box on registration form to opt out of the hotel having access to client’s medical records. The whole experience of this “Romantic” break to celebrate my Birthday was spoiled by the cold, basic and expensive hotel with no atmosphere, we would have preferred to cancel the booking but it was too late. |

Location was perfect for our purposes. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff very helpful. Good value for Seville. Bed was a little hard, but not unacceptable, and a little smaller than I would have liked - but we found this common. |

it is very conveniently situated for all the sights. The complementary drinks bar with juice, water and coffee was a nice touch but it was closed on our last day and the juice ran out on the day before. It would have been nice to have an outside area to sit. The internal courtyard is nice it doesnt feel like you are outside. |

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Everything you'd want to see in Seville is within walking distance. The English speaking staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, the beds could be a bit softer! |

The Hotel was clean the staff friendly and the location good, near enough to the Cathedral but far enough away from the busy Steets and Bars. Finding the Hotel however was difficult but once we arrived cant fault anything. |

Location Unfortunately the hotel was rated as a 4* that's how we've pick our stay: No personnel to help with luggage, twin small beds for a couple?! unconfortable matresses, A/C problem (fixed temperatue, barely fresh), poor bath supplies ( no tissue, no shampoo conditionner..) |

It was located right in the center, very close to the cathedral. We had a nice room with a balcony that over looked a small church. The room was a little small, but not too bad. The only real complaint was that our air conditioning was working very well so the room remained quite warm. We complained and they came to look at in and said it was workinf fine just give it time to cool but it never did! |
