The design & layout of the hotel along with it's location was what we had hoped for so it worked out great. |

Great location in the older section of Santa Cruz-right near the Cathedral, restaurants, etc Very difficult to find-nowhere to park if you have a car-beds are incredibly hard |

The hotel was in an excellent location to explore the town and was clean and quiet at all times. The free hotel bikes are a bit old! |

Location was perfect for our purposes. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff very helpful. Good value for Seville. Bed was a little hard, but not unacceptable, and a little smaller than I would have liked - but we found this common. |

The cutting edge design was fantastic. The shower was nice, but let down by low water pressure. |

it is very conveniently situated for all the sights. The complementary drinks bar with juice, water and coffee was a nice touch but it was closed on our last day and the juice ran out on the day before. It would have been nice to have an outside area to sit. The internal courtyard is nice it doesnt feel like you are outside. |

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Everything you'd want to see in Seville is within walking distance. The English speaking staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, the beds could be a bit softer! |

The Hotel was clean the staff friendly and the location good, near enough to the Cathedral but far enough away from the busy Steets and Bars. Finding the Hotel however was difficult but once we arrived cant fault anything. |

Location Unfortunately the hotel was rated as a 4* that's how we've pick our stay: No personnel to help with luggage, twin small beds for a couple?! unconfortable matresses, A/C problem (fixed temperatue, barely fresh), poor bath supplies ( no tissue, no shampoo conditionner..) |

It was located right in the center, very close to the cathedral. We had a nice room with a balcony that over looked a small church. The room was a little small, but not too bad. The only real complaint was that our air conditioning was working very well so the room remained quite warm. We complained and they came to look at in and said it was workinf fine just give it time to cool but it never did! |

The combination of old architecture and modern design is aesthetically very pleasing and comfortable. As mentioned in the reviews, the beds are quite hard. We hoped this meant firm because we like firm beds, but unfortunately this just meant hard. We did get used to it after the first night but our stay would have been perfect if the beds were just a bit more comfortable. |

The hotel is ideally located in Barrio Santa Cruz. Beautifully appointed, large room fro 4 adults, free internet w/ laptop computer in the room. All kinds of comforts like glass walled bathroom, excercise bike and jacuzzi in bathroom, excellent lighting and supportive staff. Excellent. |

breakfast was amazing. central location very very noisy: the room was on the ground floor and we could everybody coming in, passing by as the floor was stone tiled. staff was friendly and helpful but not very diligent.Toilet flushing and showers from upstairs sounded like Niagara falls in the bedroom as ceiling was very high. |

We were pleasantly surprised by the laptop sitting on the desk in our room! Our daughter thought that was the best! Sadly, an extra bed had to be crammed into the limited space of the room- even after requesting an extra bed. |

The location is great, no car required, which is just as well, there is virtually no parking nearby. The beds were rather hard, there was no tea and coffee making facilities, no robes or slippers and the toiletries were very poor for the price and class of hotel. |

Very good location, nice staff and a laptop comes standard in all rooms. No parking at the hotel, but public parking is only a 10 minutes walk. |
