The staff was friendly and helpful from the start. The location was very good and the hotel was decorated with nice modern decor. Free wifi was also good. Nice stay. |

Front desk and bell hops were great. Hotel had construction going on so front desk person offered us a room at their sister hotel next door. We accepted. Nothing special about it but quiet, clean and convenient. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful eg getting extra pillows was no problem at all. Not easy to find, hotel has changed name and some signs still show the old name. |

people were very nice and helpful.the location was perfect. it was nice to go to the pool next door when it was very hot. air conditioning did not work in first room--had to change. often there was not enough hot water. my husband had work to do, but the internet was not working well. |

The hotel is located in the centre of a historical city and is ideally suited for survey of all sights of Seville. Comfortable and pure numbers, the polite pleasant personnel. |

Perfect location at city centre, fully refurbished hotel with modern rooms and very nice and spacious bathrooms. A bit noisy from upstairs due to poor isolation. Marble floors are very nice but cold - the hotel could have provided free slippers. |
