This is a lovely hotel, with excellent facilities, pleasant and helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. It is very competitively priced. Its only drawback is that it is about 30 minutes walk from the Barrio Santa Cruz, but that is just a 5 euro taxi ride if you don't want to wiat for the bus. |

Staff extremely helpful. Spacious room. Lovely pool terrace. Very difficult to find - especially by car. Would recommend asking for room on one of upper floors. |

Beautiful building, comfortable & clean rooms The food was terrible - no facilities to eat in and what was there was obviously brought in. No cooking/chef on site. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. |

A pleasant, comfortable hotel with an attractive Spanish courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was rather small. The hotel was further from the centre than we thought - 25 minutes by bus, not that ideal if you want to go back to your room during the day. |

The delightful original building has been carefully integrated into a complex of more modern buildings - the rooftop pool, sundeck and cool shady patio garden were extra benefits in a very hot and humid Seville. The breakfast was excellent, the staff cheery and competent. However it seems the evening meal arrangements are a little hit-and-miss (not in quality) being dependent very much on demand. If enough diners appear, an extremely artistic flamenco duo perform. This is the real thing, not 'tourist', and some might find it too strong for their taste. Aficionados and others will find the silhouetted dancers under the patio's dark trees as evening falls quite magical. I'd gladly re-book, on a return to Seville. But some will find the hotel too far - up to half an hour stroll - from the tourist hotspots (Cathedral/Giralda and Real Alcazar palace and gardens). Macarena is a slowly gentrifying part of the large 'old town' of Seville. Its main 'offer' is its Basilica; the Camera Obscura and Andalusian Parliament (pre-bookable guided tours available), both across the busy main road, and the local street life in the newly recreated Alameda of Hercules. For Seville's other delights the San Gil is less well placed. Nor is it better than fair value as one can doubtless pay less in Seville for broadly similar accommodation. Yet the charm and character of the place fully justify a premium. |

Hotel is beautiful and well kept and clean. A lovely place and a decent restaurant. Parking is non-existent and it takes 30 to 45 minutes to obtain your automobile. When persons book, you should send them detailed instruction about how to reach the hotel by car since the way is quite complicated to those new to Sevilla. |

The hotel has a friendly staff and a nice pool on the roof. The room we had was clean and spacious. It's very easy that they have a parkingservice, because the streets in the surrounding of the hotel are very crowded and narrow. the location is not very good, 20 minutes walk to the city centre, but taxi's are cheap (about 7 euro one way fare to the cathedral). It's quite difficult to find the hotel, and tom tom doesn't know all the oneway streets surrouning the hotel. |

the friendly staff and the beautiful architecture of the building!!! the streets are narrow around the hotel and to reach it with a big car like ours was kind of hard but the hotel staff can arrange taking and bringing back your car from the parking and that saves you from a lot of trouble!!! |

The hotel is situated in very good area. It's 30 min walk to the Cathedra and old city centre. Also aprox 309 min to the train station. If you know where the hotel is located its very easy to find it. THe atmosfere is really great, all the hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. I definitely recomend that hotel. Good value for 4 star hotel. |

First room we were given was extremely nice but the air condition was not working, the 1st alternative was alot smaller and smelt, the rom we eventually were given was again smaller, alot more pleasant to smell but above us on the roof there was some work building going on which made this room extremely noisy during the day. Also there was no mini bar in our room, |

The courtyard was lovely and you can eat your meals in this area sheltered from the area around the hotel which isn't the nicest. I thought some of the staff were very rude considering it is meant to be 4star. E.g. handing us the bill before we finished eating!...among other incidents. The air-conditioning in the rooms barely works. Also it is not the short walk it is advertised to be from the city centre. |

The smart, articulate and helpful staff helped make this trip to Sevilla memorable. The rooms are of a high standard and are meticulously cleaned by the friendly room staff. The breakfast in the courtyard, albeit set in beautiful surroundings, was very basic and perhaps needed some cooked meats and cheeses. |

Our first impression was that the lobby was quite nice and the room we got was quite spacious. The hotel restaurant was outrageously expensive and of poor quality. In fact, my husband and I both got extremely ill after eating a $12. salad which consisted of a small bowl of lettuce floating on water with small cherry tomatoes and tuna. The horrid piped in music played loudly late into the evening. It was absolute torture! The other concern we had about this hotel is that it is very far from the main attractions. |

The air conditioning in the room did not work very well so we roasted for 2 nights! The sun beds are not actually around the pool as the photos suggest they are down some stairs, however the pool and beds are still nice. |

The airy, modern Silken Al Andalus is located a short drive from Seville’s city centre. Set near Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España, it offers a true taste of traditional Andalusia. |
This former 18th century sanctuary, now coverted into a 3-star hotel, is located in the heart of Seville's old quarter, in La Plaza de La Alameda. |
The Hotel Sevilla Center is situated in the Avenida de la Buhaira, one of the main streets of the Sevillian capital, well-known for its wide, beautifully landscaped areas. |
This recently refurbished hotel is built around a typical Andalusian courtyard, and is surrounded by central Seville’s most famous shopping streets. |
