A good standard hotel room. It was clean and of a good size. The receptionist who checked us in was probably very inexperienced. After looking at our passport and looking for our reservation for the longest time ever she still checked us in under an incorrect name -- a previous guest who had already checked out. Even after we pointed out the mistake she said it was OK that we use the incorrect name. I must add though when we checked out the correct names were on the bill. |

The underground car parking. The receptionist had not apparently received my request for "no feathers in the bedding" and when I asked him about it, he did not appear to understand. He then said if I had any problems I should call housekeeping. In addition, we booked a double room but got a twin. Breakfast was moderate, not of the standard of a four star hotel. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. The main-entry door was locked after 12 pm.. this is unusual for a 4 star hotel.. |

Very comfortable and spacious room housekeeping service was excellent facilities good. reception staf and bar staff were good however restaurant service was slow as staff spent to much time talking to each other and ignored customers |

The property is one km from the train station and one km from the cathedral, which makes it very convenient. The rooms are luxurios and well appointed. And it has an outdoor pool. There is a charming restaurant in the park, one block away, which was outstanding. |

Very clean, with a nice modern look. Accessible prices. Windows and doors provide a good accustic isolation. Confortable twin beds. Very well located; 15 minute walk to the city center (cathedral). 10 minutes away from Isla Magica, by car. ~8 euros in a taxi. The pool's very small and not very deep (only 1.20m) and the water was not very clean. Opens very late, at 11 AM. |

Everything went smoothly, the room was clean, spacious. Nevertheless, the air conditioning was a little noisy and was pointed directly to the beds, making it a little bit uncomfortable and a cold magnet. The pool is very small and there was almost no space to sit by it, and there were about 12-20 people. On the second day I parked my car outside the hotel and in a space of 12 hours someone smashed the rear window, fortunately I had nothing of value inside and they didn´t take anything. It´s better to just park your car in the hotel park even if you have to pay extra. |

Good hotel, quite central location, very good price, parking: euros 18 per 24 hrs, easy access by car which is not that obious in Seville. |

Hotel is situated near the city center. It is new 14 floor building with a undergrand parking place (cost 18 Euro for 24 hours). Hotel is very comfortable and high quality, very clean and nice design. We liked it very much. Cost of the food. |

Very freindly staff and very clean hotel. The only negative was an evening meal we had by the pool, it was not great, however we would definetly stay at the hotel again. |
