Tolles Hotel mit moderner und sehr stilvollen Ausstattung und Aufmachung, sehr gute Lage für eine Städtereise - es wird kein Auto benötigt, tolle Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool und Sonnenliegen mit Wasserkühlung - top empfehlung! Nein. // (Wer dann doch mit dem Auto kommt, sollte ein Navigationsgerät mitführen, die Einbahnstraßen in Sevilla sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und die kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Umgebung sehr beschränkt - also besser ohne Auto!) |

The hotel is within walking distance to all sites, the restaurant menu is both inventive and tasty, the young staff tries to be helpful. The design of the rooms while eye catching is very impractical - square toilet, bathtub impossible for the staff to clean properly, splattering faucets. The smell of cleaning products is present in public areas as well as in the room. The consierge staff is not experienced for this level of a hotel. No pool. All together not a luxury 5 star experience but an average 4. |

i was pleasantly surprised by the decoration and the room facilities. the restaurant El Burladero, run by a well known chef, was an excellent experience. the location of the Hotel is just right to tour the historical center of Seville by foot. |

The staff of the hotel were very helpfull specially Mr. Paco (conserige) and Miss. Maria (Business Centre officer). I really appreciate and thanks them, as they help me a lot. the hotel was great. nothing bad about the hotel or their staff. |

The location The room was pretty but missed few things like Hangers in bath room for towels,no toilett brush in roombathroom,light did'nt work in closet and above mirror in bathroom sink.The bidet didn't work and wasn't fixed while I was there. The breakfast buffet was overpriced and dryed out from the heathing lamp.There is No sign to show whenn you get out of the elevator to direct you to the wellness.It was hard to find it.Sewer smell in the elevarors! The nice lamp on the 6th floor /by elevator was never turned on! |

We particularly liked the hotel position for sightseeing and closeness of restaurants. It was excellent to be able to relax in a very comfortable room after a busy day before going out in the evening. We thought the price of the restaurant meals, particularly the breakfast ,was exorbitant, also the minibar. |

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff made you feel special and were very attentive from the time we arrived to the time we left and were quite happy to book shows and restaurants for you. The hotel is well situated for sightseeing and has a taxi rank opposite for those of you who didn't bring a car. there was no pool which would have been nice. |

My booking condition through booking.com was poorly managed by the hotel.ex, trying to charge breakfast additionally. A room with panoramic view that I booked was simply a room with city view. |

The hotel was in a good location for the old part of town and the decor was modern and nice. However, the rooms had an odd smell, almost like pesticide/fumigation. I asked to change rooms because the first room was giving me a headache, they obliged but even the 2nd room still smelled but not as heavily. I couldn't quite understand where the smell was coming from because it was not detectable in the hallways or other public areas. The staff denied any fumigation. So for this reason I rate the hotel as fair. |

This hotel was perfectly situated for shopping and visiting the city centre. The staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was lovely and cool whilst 40 degrees outside. The room was VERY quite. The sun terrace and jacuzzi were very welcome but a swimming pool would have made it perfect. Small shower leak and no pool |
