The location of the Hotel made it convenient to historic attractions and easy access in and out of the city. We selected this hotel for it's reputation and being a Melia property. That being said, the room and its furnishing were very old, there was a terrible odor (mildew) in the room, the air conditioner did not work ( they came numerous times and numerous days attempting to fix it) I spent the first couple of hours at the hotel sitting around watching them trying to fix the air condidtioner and unfreeze the motor. This delayed our ability to unpack and tour the city. Needess to say, they were not able to fix it and subsequent requests for service were made. Our room keys did not work for most of our visit, rather than rekeyeing them, they insisted (everytime) to send a technician to evaluate the doors. (This resulted in having to go to the front desk every single time to let them know we could not get in our room, while my husband and son waited in the hallway. Their response, go back to your room and a technician will be there shortly). Apparently, their doors have issues and if the locks become dirty or get dust the keys did not work. Overall, our experience in this hotel was poor, for the exception of a handful of employees , the rest were not very helpful nor accomodating. I was not able , allowed to get a cup of coffee from the restaurant because I was not having breakfast-I was dismissed and sent away to find onother source to get coffee. This hotel stay was very frustrating and unpleasant. If you are traveling with a family, I would not recommend this hotel .......You will be extremely disappointed and frustrated knowing that you are paying for a 5 star hotel and receiving one star service and accomodations. |

The hotel was close enough to the business section of Seville to make plenty of amenities available, but still within walking distance of sites of interest to tourists. Lack of free internet |

Bar, room was spacious and comfortable. Too far from the city center, even though public transportation is easily available. Parking was extremely expensive (18 Euro per day). Hotel staff was not very sympathetic. Although not old, the hotel rooms needed some renovation. |

the air conditioning was not switched on....the reason given was that 'this is always the case at this time of the year' (mid April). i thought that was stupid, if I pay for a room that says air conditioning, I want one regardless of whether or not I use it. To be honest, it was quite hot during the day time (25 to 30 degrees celcius) and I would have appreciated soem air conditioning. |

The hotel had a reasonable prices and is good for business trips. The ac was not working and the manger said that he could only turn on heat or the cool (one thing at a time) that was really surprising thing I heard from a 4 star Hotel |

This Hotel is great for the price. good access to the center and very polite and helpful staff. I will use again for sure. Great bar, fantastic music. They had a live Flemenco band in and I had great fun. The pay view tv is not worth it, bad reception and films not on all the time. |

La habitación. Nos dieron una habitación de la planta 13 que estaba muy bien. La cercanía al metro, lo cual llegabas rapido al centro (tres estaciones). Frente al CC Nervion y del estadio El parking fue 18€ por día, muy caro! |

Ir a Sevilha é sempre um bom programa, ficar no Mélia Lebreros também pois tem um restaurante excelente la Dehesa, e a sua localização é óptima. os quartos já não apresentam a jovialidade que tinham, estão já um pouco degradados, penalizando assim a qualidade a que nos habituaram |
