first class hotel, excellent in all respects. Great breakfast, perfect location. Friendly and attentive staff. Needs refurbishing...cracked tiles, rooms curtain was falling and not corrected in the 4 day stay. Should change to flat screen TV...large tube TV took up the whole desk. |

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very accessible to major sites, shopping, and food/drinks. The hotel rooms did not appear as sumptuously appointed as advertised. The deluxe room that we purchased was large, but very sparsly decorated- it felt cold and empty. This hotel is very overpriced for what you get. We will not likely stay at this hotel because we felt cheated. |

The architectural detail is simply unmatched. Rooms have a true feel of luxury and public areas are glorious. And the upgrade to Starwood members was a real benefit Because the rooms are over-priced the hotel was far less than fully occupied, giving it a ghostly feel. |

Location is excellent, exactly in the center, near very good restaurant is situated. Decoration of reception is very beatiful. First room, which was offered to us was awful, in some places silk on the walls was very dirty and was broken off, one head of the twin beds was really broken, nobody helped us to find this room. Of cause we refused to stay, after it we were offered to stay in another room, it was better, but impression of this hotel was terrible, cause rate per day is ~ 390 EUR. After this nobody presented us compliment or something like that..... |

The pool was great. Seville weather is hot and it is nice to be able to take a break by the pool at the end of the afternoon. Service is adequate but slow. The hotel is very well located for a visit of the city's main attractions. |

This old Palace Hotel is centrally located in Seville. It is full of charm in every sense. We booked a dble room but were given a twin...they kindly changed us room.Personnel is very efficient and palace like attitude though sometimes haughty and cold.Overall a very nice stay in Seville and at the hotel. We had paid for bkfst with Booking but on the second day an italian waitress brought us the bill at table which we found very rude and she did it very insistingly. We had to explain that at the reception and the kindly corrected it with excuses. This hotel is not a palace hotel I would deem it 4 stars although it is beautiful and charming. Most of the clientele wouldn't pay full fare for old rooms with old fashioned furniture.Anyway that's all the charming side of it. |

The rooms were very comfortable, breakfasts were good. The hotel was very convenient for all the sights in Seville. The pool was good. All the staff were very helpful.Normally the hotel would be very expensive but we managed to take advantage of a special deal. An ice machine, tea and coffee facilities in the room would be useful |

Definalety worthy of its 5 stars. Staying during August when Sevilla is hot but quiet made the hotel very affordable ( room air conditioning was excellent). Worth the extra for a special occassion. Bar prices! |

The pool was great, above all the staff were very accommodating and friendly all with good language skills. The steak sandwich I ordered at the pool was tiny and had little to no steak in it whatsoever. This sandwich was over 15 euros and was amongst the worst sandwiches I had had all week! everything else was ok although we were hoping for better poolside cocktails from 5* rather than pre mixed mojito mixture and sangria. |

Large comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, lovely courtyard for breakfast and dinner. Room was dirty and poorly serviced when we arrived - we had to chase the staff to get it sorted out. Service at dinner was patchy although very good at breakfast. |

Location Room was hideuously decorated. We had a poor service at the Martini bar where the waitress gave us a drinks menu card and then left us to have a 20 minutes break and we were not served to our huge anger and annoyance |

Friendly staff. Good quality food. Good swimming pool area. Beautiful hotel with good size bedroom. Although we stayed in a non smoking room - there was unfortunately still a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room. |

This is a great hotel. I'd proably classify it an excellent 4+ star rather than a 5 though. Great location, and for a city centre hotel to have an outdoor pool - top marks! Highly recommend if you are on a Seville city break and can afford it. Managed to get a fairly good last minute deal via the booking.com website which is why we went for it. No free wi fi, full extra charge if you wanted breakfast in room instead of downstairs - although why anyone wouldn't want to eat in the courtyard is beyond me. If you are driving, you might had a little difficulty finding the entrance, if you are not familiar with the hotel's location. |

The best was the staff and the buffet breakfast. Needs update in basic things: Electric supplies and air conditionned (in a city like Sevilla, you use it often, and it sounded like having a diesel engine in your ear, so no rest was possible). |
