Cleannes of the bathroom and room was very good. The entrance to garaje had taken long time and each entrance you should change your ticket and register to reception , maybe changed? |

Everything went very quickly and I was always helped within seconds. From the moment I checked in, through ordering room service or getting them to order a cab for me. I also like the standard of the hotel - it was definitely very good for the money I paid. Location isn't ideal for people who go there as tourists as it is on outskirts but I was there for business and it was based very close to both airport and my destination point, so am also happy with that. Only one member of staff spoke fluent english, few of them was on the intermediate level but quite a lot didnt speak at all. Once I had to call reception so she could call room service for me cause the girl didnt understand my request. They could invest in some staff training I think. |

Easy check in/out ladies on Reception spoke good english and were very helpful. Excellent breakfast. While on the surface this looks to be in a dodgy area with a bit of grafetti around, it is 90% better than some of the areas closer in to the city itself where the grafetti can be seen everywhere. We took the time out to go for a walk in the local area and were pleasantly surprised. Don't always judge a book by the cover. Parts of the hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade |

The staff were always pleasant, the hotel always spotless. The pool was a treat. No bar service after 8pm. |

The hotel room was excellent and the room was large and cool. Ideal base for Seville, bus route outside the door and also had its own parking. A good buffet breakfast if not spectacular. Staff also had some english so no problems there. All in all excellent value. |

The Hotel has good facilities and the rooms are big and clean. We had a pleasent stay. The Hotel staff is not very nice and the hotel is quiet far from the center. |

This hotel is very nice although we didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities. It is a ways from downtown Sevilla although it can be accessed via the bus relatively easily. |

Very nice room, good bathroom with a very good shower bath, fair location signs, good location. Too many lights in the room (fire alarm, clock on the tv), eliminate the machine for coffee/milk during breakfast, better to have normal containers with milk and coffee. |

Quiet room, cheap hotel, had rpt I on the tv There was no tv remote on the room, had to persuade the reception to send one. This part of the city appears to have a problem with ants (not just the hotel). There are almost nothing of toilettries, not the expected of a 4 **** hotel. The operation of the parking is far from being obvious (had to get out of the car and ask to open the door). A bit further of the city center than expected. |

The cleanliness and modern style of the hotel. Far from the city, about 30 to 40 mins, but conveniently situated with direct buses to the city centre just in front. |

The amount of room for three adults was great with two separate rooms. The water temperature changed dramatically while taking a shower - from extremely hot to extremely cold and back again. It was terrible and made it very difficult to shower. It occurred during our three day stay. |

The Hotel Staff where helpful Plenty to not like about the Hotel. 1stly it is very very far from the center of Seville. It is in a shockingly bad neighborhood, the area is completely run down. All hotel services are very expensive, breakfast was 13 Euro per person, to laundry a single pair of paints is 6.9 Euro and to cap it of their digital TV was cut off. |

modern, clean, reasonably priced, swimming pool. no bar facilities and because of its locality to city centre. Noise throughout the night from other holiday makers was ridiculous and kept all of our group awake all night. Totally unacceptable. |

The hotel was far from center but with good connections; the room was spacious and clean and the breakfast very good The beds were too hard: also, they had a problem with the heat: we coudn't turn if off and we sleep with open windows (in February)... |
