We arrived to hotel one night earlier than planned...the recptionist offered a very small and tight room. I couldn't even find a place to put my luggage. I was moved to little bit bigger room. In general, the hotels rooms are very small compared to other hotels in Spain. |

Comfortable room and quiet. Badly cracked sink in bathroom. When paying our bill we discovered a 4 Euro per day charge for using the safe in our room. This was in addition to the 10 Euro deposit for the key to the safe. We were not informed of the rental for the safe. We would not have used it had we known. |

The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean and tidy. Convenient to shopping area and withing walking distance of most tourist sites. Bathrooms small, shower area and bath extremely small. Carpets in public areas very worn and look dirty, they bring down the standard of the hotel. Could hear people in rooms around us but overall room was quiet and comforatble. |

It was very handy to all the sights we wanted to see. The bedroom was lovely and dark and quiet at night so slept very well. The courtesy toiletries in the bathroom were excellent. Finding it by car !! We had maps, directions and a Sat Nav, but after 1 1/2 hours we finally went to the train station and asked a cab to guide us there. I would recommend anyone to do that at the very start. |

Excellent location if you don't mind easy walking to all the sights, it was nice to be near the funkier end of town with great bars in the Alameda de Hercules. Excellent staff, great breakfast. Lift was a bit noisy in room 101! |

Good breakfast. Staff pleasant. Good location near the points of interest in Seville. Good value for money Very noisy at night emanating from alley outside the hotel. Sound proofing of rooms poor, showers running , toilets flushing people talking very clearly heard in other rooms. Carpets on stairs need upgrading or cleaning. |

Staff is very helpful and even goes as far as driving all along to the parking place (which was somewhat difficult to find even with a GPS navigator. The rooms are not very spacious, and there is no view, but who needs a view from the hotel when the best parts of Sevilla are at your feet? Breakfast is just about OK. |
