The hotel was bigger than I thought it would be, unfortunately we stayed there only one night. The personnel was really helpful and the hotel has free parking which was great since we rented a car to go to Granada. We had a large room and all was great but the bed, instead of being a kins soze bed it was two twin beds put together... so for a young couple its weird to be in the same bed but not at all since they both had their own linens. |

The value for money was amazing. We were travelling throughout Spain picking the cheapest hotels as we were on a low budget. This hotel is rates as the best, cleanest with five star amenities. Gorgeous to swim in the classy pool after a day in Seville at 41 degrees. Staff wonderful. Bonus to have free internet in room. |

The hotel is new and lovely inside. Very clean, has a pool and great breakfast. in a tough section of town, away from main tourist area. Breakfast wasnt included even though they told me it was when I checked in so I ended up having to pay a bill later. Pool has no shade at all and it was over 100 degrees!! Also there was a private party one of the nights poolside so we werent allowed to use the pool. It was a bummer! |

Nice hotel somewhat outside of the city center, but still walking distance. We had a very good deal for the quality of this hotel. More a business hotel, spacious room (for Spanish norms). Somewhat dark rooms, and despite the fact we were in the 5th floor still rather noisy from the traffic in the street. |

Hotel Staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to help us look for a hotel in another city. Room was excellent. The location was good. All the man attractions were reachable via a city bus. I wish the room had the facility to make coffee. The breakwast was very expwensive and we ended up eating outside. |

Very clean, luxurious room. We were unexpectedly "upgraded" to a Junior Suite, but the Double Room originally booked would likely have been just as good value. Not in a central location, but more calm and peaceful for that - 15 mins walk from either the Cathedral and old town or to the Santa Justa station. Although we were handed a 10% discount voucher at check-in, for the Al Zagal in-house restaurant it never seemed to be open! [It seemed to be usually reserved for corporate functions or weddings]. A pity, because they seemed to have some interesting local dishes and reasonable (for the location) prices. |

It was nice and quite without a lot of noise from people or the city. The hotel beds were very ard but this is typical for all of Europe, not just this hotel. |
