Very good location and helpful staff. Nice room and very easy to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Very difficult to find the parking, better directions would be helpful. |

Fantastic location - right in the city centre. The rooms are very clean and the beds large and comfortable. Free internet in the rooms. Very modern hotel. Late breakfast! served until midday. |

A very funky, modern hotel. Huge room and bathroom. Attentive and knowledgeable staff and an unusual, imaginative and absolutely delicious breakfast. The hotel was brilliant but it was very difficult to find, especially coming in from the south of the city. Signs for the hotel would help, but the main problem is the one way traffic system of Jerez (and the drivers!). |

Ideally located for all facilities. Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfasts were above our expectations and better than most advertising 'Continental breakfasts'. Access to the second floor (where we were) not easy as lift only goes to first. |

Great central location and beautiful building but best was the service from staff on reception and in the (excellent) restaurant. Tips for local sites and organising bookings helped us have a great stay. room was a bit small for 2 people for an extended stay |

centrally situated. small hotel personal atmosphere. extremely attentive and pleasant reception staff. the restaurant was dissapointing despite the build-up that the young chef had worked alongside Michelin star mentors. The inclusive breakfast was somewhat unusual, although the coffee was excellent. A more traditional style might be better. |

Very central. Clean, beautiful room (very spacious), excellent restaurant. The leisure areas of the hotel were very comfortable, especially the "outdoor/indoor" conservatory. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our day & evening at the hotel. |

Hartelijke ontvangst door zeer professioneel personeel, ideale ligging om Jerez te ontdekken, zeer mooie kamer met ruime badkamer. Het diner in het restaurant was lekker, het ontbijt viel dan weer niet in onze smaak. |
