Very friendly staff at the lobby and in the restaurants. Private parking at the hotel is very useful. Very nice breakfast. Parking may be a problem with a big car when turning around the pillars. Coffee should be much stronger ... |

The bathroom was well designed. The shower was fantastic. They had an internet room where I could access the net using a regular PC (without annoying advertisements) and I could print off my boarding pass there as well. This was really useful. The bed itself was made up of two smaller beds. The floor was fairly slick, so the beds kept splitting apart... |

parking at the hotel itself and not at a public parking; friendly staff, non smoking restaurant. business lounge is a non smoking area (there are non smoking signs) and we have noticed that some people have been smoking in that area ... breakfast is no longer as good as before (we have been coming to this hotel for about 4 years and have noticed the difference for the 1st time) |

This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The hotel is beautifully designed and easy to spot from a distance. The facilities are excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it too. Thank you. |

View was excellent over River Bilbao and a comfortable walk into old town. Staff wre excellent. Resataurant was not available on Fiday evening though food was available in the bar. Noise levels from outside the hotel were invasive after dark. |

Excellent dinner in both restaurant and cafe. Staff at reception very helpful. Rooms very sparsely decorated and furnished. Minimalist style worked well enough in the lobby but in the rooms a picture, a cushion and a second armchair would have been welcome. |

Everything was fantastic. Hotel was beautiful, bed was so comfortable, bathroom was huge. The outdoor heated pool was amazing. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. |

conveniently placed easy distance from tram track. Quiet area. Comfortable room and services etc.Staff extremely helpful and efficient. very austere noisy atrium/reception in a space occupying most of the hotel. Architect gone-prizewinningly-mad design normally impressive in a monument but out of place in this instance. Lighting unacceptable particularly in the restaurant buffet bar where you can't see the food owing to dazzle. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a good idea |
