The staff were friendly and helpful but parking was a bit expensive. The hotel is in a great situation for those who cna walk 20 minutes or more to the old city centre or the various attractions nearby. |

A nice warm atmosfere with friendly people. The interior decoration of the lobby looked very old-fashioned and far behind time. |

Very clean hotel, staff very helpful. Conveniently located adjacent to Palau de la Musica and Turia Gardens The pool was indoor and very small ( think the roof could open up in summer ) and so was not as advertised. Plus the breakfast buffet was 19 euro pp a bit expensive!! |

The breakfast (the fresh orange juice!) the extremely helpful staff, the quietness of the rooms. There should be tea/coffee making facilities for a 5* hotel and the internet in other 5* hotels has been free of charge. Also although we were told to check in after 14.00 but had to wait till 16.00 (we were OK about this but it could have been very inconvenient) |

Excellent hotel for pleasure or business. 2 minute walk from the city park, 10 minute walk from old town, and new town is close by. Restaurant is also very good. Internet connection is great too. |

Nice room and bathroom, good tv,room was pleasant despite the noise coming from outside as it was a noisy holiday evening there called"fallas".pleasant pool too. Disappointed by food at hotel restaurant, ordered lamb but got only lamb fat! The rest of the food wasnt great either specially considering the price. |

excellent location good walking distance most places, bus stop outside,or taxi,s are good prices. staff are very friendly and helpful. parking was very expensive 21.95 per night and we could not see any prices until we paid. 88.00euros for 4nights is a lot. |
