the swimming pool very pleasant setting breakfast excellent nice outside area . bus service offered by hotel fair did not run enough no facilities eg bar round pool not open no bars or shops near hotel snacks available very limited and very expensive compared to other good hotels in spain barcelona etc. if you did not go on the shuttle bus at lunch time you had to walk down the beach to get a sandwich and drink at a reasonable price. |

because of the lack of facilities at the hotel the free bus trip to valencia is very useful. unfortunately we could not see any flamenco because the show starts late and we could not have come back to the hotel. the fact we have to go to valencia to eat at lunch time. the bar food is not very good and expensive. |

In may not so many people, so perfect for the kids in the swimming pools. Strange to pay for the newspapers in a 5 stars hotel |

Nice location close to the beach. Quiet - an ideal place to relax. Free shuttlebus to downtown Valencia. Breakfast is great, but expensive. Too expensive. |

Nice hotel close to the Saler beach, 15km from Valencia. A free shuttle is available to go and back to Valencia. El Palmar 8km and el Saler 3km cities are fine for local restaurant and bar. During the week end many families and kids invade the pool. |

There is a beautiful beach in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious. Free parking. Although there is 1 PC for free internet use, internet in the room and lobby is expensive. Internet shouldn't be considered a luxury anymore in this day and age. |

We liked the fact that we were near a National Park, the beach and 10 km. from Valencia. The hotel provided bus service to the city. |

As there was an indoor swimming pool and it was too cold outdoors I took my costume with me only to be dissapointed as there are no changing facilities so unless you knew beforehand you could not get changed into your cotume beforehand or when you came out wet so we couldnt use it. Also the restaurant couldnt cope as there was a large valentines dinnerand dance in the hotel. |

Super location on the beach outside Valencia. Noted a shuttle bus service into the city which would be useful I rented a garage for the night as the car was full of stuff. It was ok but not very user-friendly |

very peaceful and tranquil at night. I fail to see why this hotel obtained 5 star status; Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, Bedroom balconys were poor (very dirty plastic table and chairs and frankly not maintained), very poor selection of food in the restaurant, the spa is definitely not 5 star standard and the experience was not relaxing, the hotel is dated and in need of an upgrade particulary Bedrooms, restaurant & foyer. |

We like the hotel very much. It was the second time we have stayed. Its close to a lovely sandy beach and has an excellent outdoor and indoor pool. It is in a fairly quiet and unspolit area and the hotel provides a regular, free bus service to Valencia. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The hotel also has a spa (although we didn't use it,but it looked lovely). The sea view from our room was great No real vegetarian options food wise (although breakfast was excellent), no free water. No kettle in room. Lunch/dinner were very expensive (38 euros for lunch per person - about £30, Aug 2008) so we traveled to Valencia most evenings to eat at a third of the price. The rooms are ok and clean but not as stylish as you would expect from a true 5 star hotel. However bathroom was modern and clean |
