I loved the fact that the hotel was on the beach with easy access to hotel loungers/parasols etc. I loved the facilities such as spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool etc The room was clean and comfortable and had great views of the sea. Most of the staff spoke very little English which is okay as on the whole they were friendly and approachable, unless you need their help with something then it becomes a struggle to be understood. Also the nighttime restaurant was a bit snooty and dear and we felt uncomfortable with our 7mth old so we went elsewhere for dinner most nights |

Pool facilities, ease of access to beach, high quality of attention from staff. Short taxi ride to city centre. Queuing to toast bread at breakfast. One small toaster totally inadequate. |

Excellent hotel with very good facilities; indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, direct controlled access to the beach, sauna. Excellent breakfast with plenty choice and very tastefull. Friendly staff. Connecting family room was ok with good bathrooms and balcony with seaview. Family with 2 kids 11 and 13 from Holland. Parking garage at 11 euro per day. |

Everything - the staff were brilliant - the food was excellent - the views are spectacular. The only thing missing was a Wi Fi Zone - they only have one pc for guest use for the internet - this would improve what is a great hotel. |

Yes, we booked a sea view room and didnt get one, even after complaining. Staff not very helpful and could not speak english as stated |

The location is great, right on the beach. The check-in procedure was lengthy. The interior was torn and worn, not what you would expect to find in a 5-star Hotel. |

View from my room. Close to beach, pool, etc Dining room prices too high and food not good value for money. Tenderloin steak was almost unedible. |

Perfect location with hotel on the beach. All rooms with a lovely sea view. Facilities are great such as spa and gym. Great food and service by the pool which also overlooks the sea. Shuttle bus service back and forth to the town free of charge. Staff speak very little english and that includes reception staff. |

Situación al lado de la playa. La restauración es muy buena. Preciosas vistas desde la piscina exterior. El gimnasio es un cuchitril, sólo había una bicicleta, una cinta, y tres o cuatro aparatos. No había colchonetas ni sitio para hacer ejercicios de suelo. ¡ No había toallas en el gimnasio! ( increíble en un hotel de 5 estrellas). La piscina exterior es canija pero se compensa con la piscina cubierta. |

Нам понравилась близость к пляжу, читсота и ширина пляжа, а также то что постепенно углубляется берег в море, что удобно когда отдыхаешь с маленькими детьми. Все в отеле достаточно удобно, не пафосно, демократично, но на уровне. Мебель и двери немного староваты стали. Для нас было непривычно, что с 15-00 до почти 19-00 кроме как рум сервис или бар не работали. В этом случае хотелось бы для румсервиса более богатое меню. |

el servicio, la amabilidad de los empleados, las vistas sobre el mar desde todo el hotel, la comodidad del acceso a la playa y la comida.Buen desayuno y una paella fantastica. la moqueta de las habitaciones y el baño solo con un labavo un poco antiguo y sobre todo la bañera no tener una ducha de telefono para las señoras. |
