The photos that are on the booking site, they are not from the apartments. There is no pool, and location is not correct. There was not enought toals for everyone. But apartment was good. |

Bedding was dirty. No hot water. Fixtures and fittings broken. Keys didn't work. Terrible service. |

The rooms generally were ok, warm bright basic. Otherwise not much else great to say? Staff were not very helpful. The heating in the bedroom did not work correct. The hot water for the showers was crazy...we were ok being only 2 people but it is advertised as a 4 person room. You could not possibly get 4 showers out of that....we only just got 2!!!!! Car park was ridiculous! At every ramp down you had to 3point turn to make the next ramp. Regulations no? |

Excelente Apartmento, muito perto das pistas, apartamento limpo, com todas as condições, tudo ok. Informação sobre o local para levantar a chave muito confuso, pois diz ser o local Nª2 na Plaza Pradollano, quando na verdade não existem numeros nas portas, podiam ser um pouco mais especificos, para quem for, para levantar a chave é numa imobiliária junto a uma loja de venda de material de snowboard chamada SurfIn. |

la ubicación y la cercania de las pistas de esquí, muy bien localizado. la limpieza en cuanto a sábanas, mantas, aseo... pero por lo demás bien. |

El problema es que algunos servicios no estaban operativos como la piscina. El agua caliente no funcionó un día y como mencionaba anteriormente, la piscina estaba fuera de servicio. |

Buena situación, limpieza y acceso Se ofertaba un apartamento para 6 personas y solo cabian 5 personas. 2 habitaciones con 2 camas y un sofa cama individual ,no para dos personas, por tanto solo cabían 5 personas. |

Su situación es extraordinaria a escasos 8 mtrs del telecabina de borregiles. Ducha con hidromasaje. Muy pequeñito pero bien equipado. Para 6 personas es muy recomendable El termo es electrico y no daba agua caliente para 6 personas. Teníamos que turnarnos. |
