great location, staff very pleasant and helpful, good rate, although we were only there one night. extra pillows would have been nice and no tea or coffee making facility in the room |

The hotel is spacious, comfortable and pleasantly furnished; the staff were friendly, polite and quick to respond. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of cuisine. Our room was compact; we think it was one of the smaller rooms in the hotel. |

good location. was generally ok but found it odd to have to pay extra for the onsite facilitities like the spa etc. The reason you pay more for a better hotel is too have these facilities. staff were a bit grumpy. |

Abit noisy when in room, can hear the toilet flush in the next room along and door to corridor isnt well noise insulated either! |

The staff at reception particularly adrian and monce(not sure this is correct spelling)were as helpful and courteous as I have come across Very bad odour in lift area on second floor and prices of wines in restaurant were exyortionist E.G. yllera red wine was 4 times the retail price |

Right in the miidle of the action. Big indoor swimming pool. Nice tapas bar downstairs ("Bodeguita de en medio") where for each beer you get a little tapa. Breakfast is excellent. Nice lounge area. carpark is far a bit expensive and there are no other options. The back side of the Hotel looks out to bars and is very noisy at night. |

La excelente ubicación del hotel en el centro de Paradollano, a 2 minutos andando de los accesos a los telesillas que suben a la estación de esquí de Borreguiles. También el ambiente de refugio de montaña, si bien con el lujo que caracteriza a los hoteles Meliá. Ofrecen un circuito de Relax (jacuzzi, sauna, baño turco y masaje) muy recomendable y económico. No tiene parking propio. Solo un concierto con un parking cercano, algo caro (24€/día). No obstante, un chofer te aparca y te sirve el coche cuando lo necesitas. |

Sijainti on erinomainen, henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä, hotelli on siisti ja hyvin organisoitu, aamiainen oli erittäin korkeatasoinen, illalla ravintolan palvelu erittäin hyvä ja ruoka todella erinomaista, menu'ssä voisi olla enemmän keveitä kasvisruokia. Huoneen liinavaatteet oli pesty niin voimakkaasrti tuoksuvalla pesuaineella, että niistä saattoi saada allergia-reaktion. Hotellissa voisi olla erikseen saatavilla huoneita yliherkille ja allergisille henkilöille. Runsas tupakointi häiritsi baarissa oleskelua. |

Su buena situación. Sí, que no esté abierta la cafetería por la mañana y te obliguen a desayunar por 20 euros (excesivo) en el comedor del hotel o a salir fuera. |

O facto de possuir alguns serviços tais como internet, local para deixar as crianças por um bocado, piscina. A limpeza do quarto tem vindo a piorar visto que já não é a primeira vez que fico neste hotel tendo assim termo de comparação. Da mesma forma a alimentação em regime de meia pensão também já conheceu dias melhores em termos de qualidade e variedade. Sendo um hotel muito frequentado por portugueses, penso que o hotel deveria ter isso em conta no que se refere à confecção de alguns pratos. |

Es war ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende. Abgesehen vom Skifahren (2 min vom Ticket-Verkauf/Gondel- super praktisch) bietet das Hotel viele andere Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung oder Spass. Abendessen (Buffet) zu teuer. |

Fikk sjekket inn tidligere enn angitt. Har bodd der to ganger nå og blitt profesjonelt mottatt. Hotellet har eget rom for ski, med låsbar bod. Hotellet bringer også bilen din til parkering (mot et lite tillegg i prisen) og henter den når du skal reise. Oppbevaringsrom for bagasje etter utsjekk. Veldig bra frokost, men uforholdsmessig dyr hvis den ikke er inkludert i bestillingen. Koster 10 euro å benytte badstuen/dampbadstuen. Dette er helt unødvendig på et ellers relativt dyrt hotell. Det er viktig å være klar over at det er stor forskjell på om man får rom på forsiden med utsikt og balkong, eller på baksiden med betydelig mer støy og ingen utsikt. |
