Maid service was efficient The main reason we cose to stay at this hotel was because of the pool which was advertised on Booking.com - however the website did not mention that use of the spa was not included in the price. Our children were very disappointed to find that they could not have a swim because the price of 28 Euros per person for 1 hour is absolutely ridiculous! |

The hotel was ideally placed in the centre of the village. Was very impressed with the ski room. Individual lockers available and plenty of room. I felt that the sound proofing between the rooms was not very good and as the floors were tiled this also made it noisy from above. |

superior room was excellent--however a video channel which included english speaking films would be good.I liked the swimming pool in other melia hotel but did not like having to go out of my hotel to access it. charge of 28 euro/person for use of spa is too much--also 22 euro /person for breakfast is v. expensive.the gym in both melia hotels was poor--old machines,no hand weights,no water cistern & gyms were too hot. |

We liked the high standard of the hotel and its central location in the ski resort The fact that children under 5 years are not allowed in the children area of the spa (even under supervision of their parents) |

Very friendly staff, good comfortable room, excellent position for ski lift, good value for money. Will definitely use the hotel again. It could be nice to have a seperate area in the restaurant reserved for people without children, but not a big problem. The children do get excited when away skiing! |

seleccioné este hotel porque alli hay sauna seco pero no estaba caliente suficientemente!! Probé dos veces y no estaba caliente...y spa estaba bastante caro precio y cosas alli podria funcionar!! |

A localização do Hotel é muito boa, junto á partida das pistas O isolamento acustico do quarto é muito mau. Ouve-se o que se passa nos quartos ao lado e acima. O lobby não é acolhedor, é barulhento. O restaurante é tipo refeitório de escola. |
