Bar food represented good value for money. Courtesy transfer to the main square was not very punctual. Had several long waits. Spa was very disappointing. |

Great hotel, good location for skiing, a bit further out of the town than we would have chosen, but the hotel ran a free on demand mini bus service which compensated |

friendly staff, easy ski in/ski out access to the slopes.food very good. not to big or overpowering hotel.staff very helpful on check out day. poor room service,no-one came to make up extra bed.no bath robes provided, in a 5 star hotel guests should not have to pay for jacusi/etc in the spa.normally in good hotels afternoon tea/cakes provided after skiing!! not anywhere near 5 star attention to detail or quality of facilities |

We liked the ski in ski out capability of the hotel plus the fantastic snow conditions and weather. We did not like the sofa bed for our daughter which was tipped so that her head was below her feet and the springs dug into her. (This was changed on our second night.) We also had problems with the hotels shuttle bus coming back up from the village centre after a night out. |

We were unable to have 2 twin rooms as some rooms were not in use due to heavy snow, but they offerred us a triple room which slept 4 at the price of 1 room. They dealt with this problem very well and the room was very comfortable. You had to get a hotel bus to the village during the night and this was not always regular and on time. |

Really friendly staff, good atmosphere , not a typical 5 star destination. Good restaurant - can't understand complaints Poor transfer arrangements to main village. Should not need to pay for spa which is too small.A touch of altitude sickness |

Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were very friendly, which was important since we were stuck at the hotel for two days due to a snowstorm! |

The excellent service of all staff, from reception desk (1st class) to restaurant, bar,and housekeeping, we also had a flat battery when it was time to leave for the airport, and the speed in which we were helped was excellent. main course food could have been a little hotter. Disappointed that the spa facilities did not include the pool shown on the brochure. On questioning this were told that it belonged to the pool in Tenerife |

it was clean and the staff were friendly very few of the staff spoke any English and the third bed in the triple room was very disappointing given this is billed as a five star hotel. Actually,it would have been disappointing in a three or four star hotel. |

The trip was designed around the fact that I was to celebrate a birthday during my stay. On my birthday a friend and I decided to spend the morning in the spa. There was only one therapist on duty so my friend had her massage first and I decided to have a jacuzzi while I was waiting. |

Its not really a Five Star hotel like it claims to be. This is a tricky hotel to find and is a long way from the centre.Staff not attentive enough eg 2 hours to deliver our bags to the rooms. Also, you have to be decent skiers to ski-in/ski out. There is also a serious lack of skier support - we had to dry gloves and hats on the heater in the reception area, there are no boot dryers. |

The a luxury ski hotel on the top of the mountain is a very attractive idea in itself. We mostly enjoyed the friendly staff and the very good quality services at the spa as well as the innovative dinner setting. The bars and the restaurant are elegant and pleasant. The rooms are not sound proof. One can expect to be disturbed by the cleaning staff at unexpected hours. Finally, the pool table is old and not of a very good quality. |

the restaurant meals were very good. proximity to chairlift and slopes very good facilities at the hotel for a 5* hotel were a little basic. use of spa facilities expensive. could have done with a billard room or something to entertain the kids and older kids! |

Located in the centre of the Sierra Nevada ski resort, this recently renovated hotel blends classic-style rooms with impressive Zen-style public spaces. |
Surrounded by the stunning scenery and great ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountains, this hotel provides ideal accommodation for an exciting ski holiday. |
This bright complex is situated in the Sierra Nevada National Park, 100 metres from the La Sabina ski slope. The ski lift is just 300 metres away. |
Typical mountain hotel wonderfully located in the heart of the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada, 15 km distance from Granada and 7 km distance of the ski resort. |
