Hotel very well situated to visit the surrounding area : Madrid (by train, the railway station is at 200 meters from the hotel, only 6,50 euros for a return ticket), Segovia, Avila, Toledo, El Escorial, castle & gardens of La Granja... The hotel has very comfortable rooms, amazing cafetaria-bar on the top floor, nice buffet-breakfast and cosy restaurant (that is closed on sunday evening) The heating could not turned off during the night. Open windows = noise from traffic or talking and smoking people below. |

La qualité de la restauration bien que chère, vu l'hôtel Entre le train et la route, il faut choisir !!! Petit déjeuner et service dédié médiocre, pour ne pas dire inexistant |

El trato recibido por el personal de recepción El desayuno incluido en el precio no correspondía para nada a la realidad.No existía el buffet, solo algunos churros fríos, y un tipo de bollería industrial. Pedí un bocadillo mixto y me trajeron uno frío con jamón y queso bastante regular. Mi hijo pidió pan con aceite y la presentación dejaba mucho que desear y por la cara del camarero no nos atrevimos a protestar. |

Si he puesto Regular en confort es porque la calefacción no se puede regular y llega a resultar incómodo tanto calor. Un poco antiguo también, necesita una reforma. |

lo que mas me a gustado de nuestra estancia es que estaba cerca de varios sitios que queriamos visitar realmente me gusto, sobre los salones no puedo dar mi opinion ya que no los use pero seguro que con ver solo el hotel puedo decir que seguro que eran realmente encantadores y acogedores |

He estado varias veces en este hotel y simplemente me encanta,el personal es muy atento y profesional, el desayuno es estupendo las habitaciones cómodas y tranquilas. Tenerme que ir. Por decir algo, que hacía mucho calor en la habitación pero abrimos las ventanas y solucionado. |

Buena Calidad/Precio. En general buen trato por parte del personal. Buen trato del personal de recepción, y del personal del desayuno. El trato del personal del turno de noche, el que se encuentra en la terraza del piso superior, ha sido bastante desagradable, tardaban bastante en servir y si le decías algo te ponían mala cara. |

La limpieza en las habitaciones y el personal es muy amable, además queda muy cerca del pueblo y es ideal para descansar y desconectar. El buffet del desayuno tiene muy poca variedad, la cafetería y restaurante son muy caros. |
