I loved our room it wasn't limited to one room it had two rooms connected. The bathroom was nice and the maid came every day. The beds were very comfortable we had a hard time getting out of bed. It was right next to a Mc Donald's which my 3 year old loved and right across from the metro station. Easy access to the city. Hard Rock about 4 miles down. Great Hotel Room service did not fulfill my breakfast in bed order, I was alittle heart broken. |

Good location for my visit with Metro closeby. Room was excellent and I thought it was very clean and well maintained - I think the hotel managed to deliver a relaxed environment while maintining a high quality feel. |

The room was very nice. Spacious, with one separate room from the bedroom, with sofas and TV. Big and confortable bed. Good location near the subway and central bus station. The air exhaustion system in the bathroom made a lot of noice when connected. |

Metro Station: Puerta de Castilla, 15 minutes with metro from Puerta del Sol (city centre), cleaning staff even folded a t-shirt left on a bed :-), shops & cervecerias nearby, on Sunday huge local market just next to the hotel on a main street. very good value for money, a little bit remote though, but night busses go every 15 minutes & it takes 10 min by bus from Bank de Espana a little bit remote & we walked 1 hour from Nuevos Ministerios Metro Station as the Passe de Castilla is a very long avenue |

Clean, good location, good rate. This was a good choice for the reason of my visit. The hotel is not amazing, but the staff are friendly, the rooms are perfectly adequate and the location is good. I would recommend this hotel if you need a hotel in Madrid for under €100 a night. |

The thing I like the most was the mini-bar although it was way to expensive, |

Good location, easy to access the city center using public transportation. They have charged me 4euros more than the value given by the reservation made in booking.com. |

The hotel itself was fine and although some distance from the city centre, it was close to the Metro station, which provided a cheap and efficient way to get to any part of the city. There was no in room tea/coffee making facilities which I would consider to be a must in a four star hotel. |

Rooms are very pleasant, Wifi is slow but works Bad first-night experience: we were put in the annex rooms, which were distant, small, dirty, bathroom without marble... These rooms aren't announced anywhere and are paid as if they were normal bedrooms. At request we were transferred to the good (excelent) rooms in the second night. Everyone should make explicit reservation comments not to be put in those rooms. |
