I like the fact that you could choose your room. and that it was close to a tube station. I find the electronic control of the light/curtains a bit complicated. A manual will have been nice. The bed was confortable but cracking a lot .The breakfast is too expensive. |

Great design, nice inventive room layout, bed positioned to look at the sky and the clouds Noise isolation is poor, I heared other people in the corridor, cleaners through the thin doors and walls |

Room was very unique. Location was excellent as well with access to the Metro and surrounding neighborhoods. Staff was very interactive and helpful with suggestions/guidance, etc. Pricing for food and drinks is very high. We opted to eat in the surrounding neighborhood resturants as a result. The TV setup was very poor during the stay (RM711). I requested it be fixed several times and it was not until the last evening that when I requested the batteries be replaced.... the problem was fixed. |

Actually, I liked everything, everything was just so perfect, but the most I liked the design of the room and wonderful breakfast. The staff at reception desk in general was also nice, but they could be more open with offering information about the city. P.S. this in comparison with the staff in hotels, for instance, in Barcelona. |

. The front desk/entry staff were great. Spoke English, eager to accomodate, always making sure an elevator is right there for you. Also, the top floor bartender was personable, happy, and great to meet. This is not a 5-Star Hotel (as advertised)!!! Yes, plush towels, nice toiletries, great bathroom (10th floor), but "Modern" is too kind a word. Not a single piece of artwork on the walls, in the foyer nor in the hallways. Furniture had "sleek" lines, but was extremely uncomfortable. Stark is more like it, and with exorbitant prices. |

the rooms are very nice designed. each floor has a special own design. we have booked the club-service and so the internet was for free and every day the soft drinks in the mini bar were filled up. also ironing-service was free and every day a film from pay tv. the service ist good cause if you ask for something you have to wait no longer than 5 minutes and they bring it to your room. |

The location was within easy reach of the cities sights without being overpriced. I especially liked the individual design choice of each floor. Our room, whilst individual, was a little impractical. There was a shortage of table top space which led to us being somewhat untidy.The hotel bar on the 13th floor was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. There was no entertainment provided and the music choice played wa monotonous "chillout". |

the nice cuisine ( Buffet Breakfast & the restaurant at dinner ) cleaning , changing of towel or bath robes was poor . in the web u said u offer a massage and a Turkish bath , but was unfortunately not accurate . |

The staff were exceptionally polite, efficient and provided fantatsic service. It was great being able to pick the design of your room when checking in at reception. The distance from the city centre was a pain and the views of the dual carriageway weren't very nice. Also take ipod as they have no music in the rooms and TV channel selection is very limited. |

Amazing design, very nice staff and a great experience. Although the area is not very central, you have a metro station just in front the hotel to move around the city. The top floor pool was beautiful and free of charge, like the the gym. Great accommodation if you are looking for something different, we sincerely recommend it. |
