I liked especially the hotel staff, services and facilities. They were all very nice and they tried their best for my comfort. I could say that I didn't liked where it's placed... 20 minutes walk from the subway, surrounded by blocks of flats... not very nice view... |

price (i paid only 10 euro per night, including the reakfast: very nice offer. Also the business centre in the central hall was for free in March. 20 m from the hotel you can take a bus (70) to the nearest Metro station (GArcia Noblejas)from where you can travel easily into the city centre. It did not bother me, but it is quite a distance to go to the city centre (bus or walk first to the metro station and from there 20 minutes in metro to i.e. Puerta del Sol. Breakfast very Spanish (good but no cereals) |

The staff was great!! It was really not close to the world trade center and neither to the city, so for the money I would stay somewhere else. |

Well organised. Helpful: ie ordered taxis for us that always turned up when we wanted them. Cafe was closed late in the afternoon ( 6 o'clock, I think) when we needed a snack. |

breakfast, friendly receptionist, spacious room, silent not too far from metro station by bus, but if you don't know and walk the distance with your suitcase it can get quite long |

the room is spacious and clean, it made a very comfortable stay. a mall with some restaurants is located within 10-minute walk. it was way too far from metro station if u are carrying luggages (min of 15 minutes walk without bagggage). the staff were somehow trying to be helpful, but could not provide sensible solution. they suggested us to take a bus, but missed out that luggagues were not allowed on the bus. we eneded up dragging the luggages through that long straight streets again after wasting the bus waiting time. |

La relación calidad/precio, la amplitud de la habitación ¡era enorme!, con dos armarios y un baño muy amplio. Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas, estaban pidiendo a gritos que las cambiaran. |

La relación calidad/precio y la facilidad de aparcamiento en la zona. En general está bastante bien, quizá el único pequeño inconveneniente es que hay que andar 10 min hasta la parada de metro más cercana pero la zona es buena. |
