i absolutely loved the location. It was very central as well as being on the seafront.the balcony was very large and had table and chairs and also 2 loungers which i have nt seen anywhere else.I also liked the way the staff did nt bother you at any stage..also if you wanted a sleep in, the cleaners came back later and cleaned your room in the afternoon. overall i really enjoyed my stay here. we did nt eat at hotel so i could nt comment on food, however i felt there wasnt a great atmosphere and also it was quite expensive. |

Location near beach. We ordered a double room but me and my partner were given a twin room. This is totally inappropriate and should be banned under trades description act. The bathroom was stained and unclean around the wash basin. The low capacity weight lifts were totally inadequate for high floor levels. |

There's nothing to complain about concerning this hotel. Location is great. Our room was sea facing and the view was amazing. Beds are not that comfy for a 4 stars hotel. And prices are a bit expensive, but this is Sitges after all and it was during a big event. |

It has an excellent seafront location and beside all the major restaurants, bars and shops. There was no iron in the bedroom, although there was an ironing service available. |

Front office was staffed with kind and adequate people. The rooms were of comfortable size, end were cleaned thoughly. The location is perfect if all you want to do is go to the beach. The outside appearance and the price of the hotel makes you expect a lot of the inside, but I thought it was rather disappointing. Especially the room and bathroom looked dated. |

We did have our room changed when we complained The marketing images led me to believe that this was a boutique type hotel and it wasn't. It isn't 4 star in English terms, more like a 3 star and needs an upgrade. I expect it was lovely 10 years ago but quite disappointing now. Don't expect a room at the front even if you pay top whack, as you need to book direct with the hotel to qualify for a decent room |

The Hotel was close to all facilities and the Beach and Sitges The Internet was un acceptable as other Hotels in area supply free access of one hour per day to guests.. 7.00 per hour or 24 Euros per day is excessive as teh Hotel rates are also very high.. |

Location excellent, relaxed atmosphere in hotel, lovely view from terrace, sociable pool area with bar. The noise from the adjoining rooms could clearly be heard, (our room sadly also had an interconnecting door which made it worse, and when we re-book next year we will ask not to have one). On one night out of 6 we were disturbed by loud music and sounds from next door at 4.30am, and unfortunately had to complain to reception. The hotel did respond well, and at least got the music turned off. |

The best thing about the Calipolis is its location on the beach but then there are several other hotels with a similar location. Massively overpriced for what is essentially a very basic 3 star hotel. Hotel does not provide internet access in the rooms. However, there is a single computer in the lobby for which you have to pay. |

Helpful, accommodating staff that never made you feel like you were bothering them; almost "shadowlike" housekeeping service; nice to be near beachfront; good air conditioning Room a little too sparse; also would like a "real" king bed, not two twins put together; I could hear the next door guests; room service menu not too inviting. It was barely 4-star, more like a 3 - 3.5 star |

Great location for the beach and old town. Bit expensive but then you are in Sitges!! Paintwork a bit shabby around lift doorways which let the overall first impression down |

The standard of the room, which had a balcony and sea view, was very good with contemporary decor and high standard of cleanliness The reception staff never smiled - to the point of baing surly. Likewaise the staff in the pool bar. This contrasted with the household and booking staff who were very friendly |

Easy access to beach (just across the road) and bright airy rooms. We booked a sea view room with balcony. Got that but our room was at the end of the building so you had to lean out over the balcony to get the sea view! |

On the main beach road but very quiet. Convenient for all attractions of Sitges. Liked the new pool area. Good choice for buffet breakfast. No extra charge for safe. |
