I found this hotel rather under-rated -- should be 2-3 stars. Everything was fine. There was even a fridge in the room! And the breakfast was quite adequate for a southern European hotel. With a perfectly central location, it is probably the best value in Sitges. |

The central location of the hotel The rooms were very basic, did not even have a mirror on the wall.The price per night seem high for a superior room 114 euros per night. |

Reception staff vey friendly and helpful. Aircon charge at astronomical cost and not included in daily rate. Stayed for 5 days and beddings was not changed once even though we accidently messed some cooldrink on it.! |

The Location The bathroom was discusting! Flaking paint where they had painted over the tiles, Shower curtain dirty, taps dirty, paint flaking off wood work. Wires sticking out wall in bedroom and on balcony.Skirting board hanging off. Balcony railings rusty, tile missing from floor. Dirty floor. Annoyed as i booked with air con but told on check in I had to pay for it. This was not mentioned on the website. |

nice personal (staff.),my second room, attantion! informatoin about servis in hotel in english text and text in your leanguage different (probably)/It was hapend with me! In My country we have not rooms(in "partio") .Variant for claustrofoby!Thaks to help of people from reception. |

Very friendly staff; ground floor was clean & spacious; internet (not for free), wi-fi access; hotel is in a quiet street, near to the center, train station and beach Room was clean but old fashioned bathroom which needs to be renovated urgently, as well as the terrace in the front... Thin walls, lot of noises all around, slamming doors, etc... |

Its great location ...... Hotel rooms very tired and need a renovation (i have a deluxe rooms as well) Bathroom shower curtain and shower head faulty..... The TV is tiny and too small (like a security camera) need urgent replacement and digital tv need to installed... The breakfast room is awful - no windows and plastic beach furniture.. Nice staff ...My friends stayed next door at half the price i paid, much bigger rooms and better condition.... |

I was amazed and impressed with the warm, helpfull and very personal attitude of the hotel staff. always at your service, always smiling, know you by name and now what tea do you prefer at the very poor breakfast where you can take just 1 croissant per person... So amazing mixture of 1star facilities and 5 star service attitude... Like most of hotels in Sitges you pay a fortune for the basic (very old, very poor but clean) things. However I have to say that this hotel is honest to call this "1 star" vs the others (like Galeon etc) to categorize the same thing as "3 star". It's a bit sad to spend vacations in such conditions but "Normandie" was my best experience in Sitges. Honestly! Thank you George, Evgenija and all the ladies! |

The staff in reception, the cleaning staff and the staff serving breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Jorge who works in reception was particularly helpful. The hotel is very close to the town centre, gay clubs and the beach 1) The hotel was very expensive for a 1 star hotel. 2) The standard room was €98 a night and the room was very small. 3) It had no air conditioning or fan on the roof (although Jorge provided us with a small fan). 4) The breakfast was very insubstantial, simply coffee with a croissant and toast. 5) There is a charge to use the internet in the foyer, which is very uncompetitive and is not client friendly. Almost all other hotels in Sitges provide a computer with complimentary internet access in the foyer. The standard room is definitely not worth €98, as the quality and standard of what is provided is very poor. The hotel should be in the budget range of less than €50, as very little is offered to the guest |

The staff went out of there way top make me happy. It was amazing location very near bars shops and beach. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very basic - not much of a selection. |

Sin duda lo mejor es la ubicación porque no puede estar más céntrico. La persona que atiende la recepción es muy amable y te da todas las explicaciones necesarias sobre restaurantes, etc. Paradójicamente, el hecho de estar tan céntrico hace que el acceso sea un poco complicado, ya que hay muchas calles peatonales. Lo mismo pasa con el parking cercano. Ahora que, cuando lo encuentras, es perfecto. |

Le personnel très sympathique et serviable +++. Le petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé ma chambre. Il y avait un choix de 2 tarifs j'ai pris le plus élevé mais je ne pense pas que l'hôtel fasse la différence. La chambre était propre mais aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement. Carreaux cassé sur le balcon, ébréché dans la salle de bain. Porte serviette cassé et non remplacé. |

la localizzazione è centrale ma lontana dal mare gli optional erano tutti a pagamento (cassetta di sicurezza 2 euro al giorno, aria condizionata 22 euro al giorno) per il prezzo pagato non era proporzionato ai confort, la tenda che avrebbe dovuto oscurare la finestra lasciava passare la luce , nessun canale in tv italiano, privo di bidè. |
