This hotel was just the right distance from the centre of Sitges, not to be op top of things but also not to be miles away for a nice stroll. The room was excellent which had a massive round bath and a lovely terrace. All the staff were very helpful as well, would definitely go back. |

This hotel was a great reprieve after Barcelona. In fact, we decided that if ever we go to Barcelona again, this would be our preferred hotel as it is only a 45 min train ride! The only thing that made the stay a little tiny bit worse was that the carpet or flooring was being replaced in one of the rooms and that was somewhat loud. |

The reception, bar, restaurant and pool area is new renovated, modern and nice. The breakfast is good. Most of the staff is very unfriendly, especially the breakfast staff. It´s difficult to get a coffee in the afternoon. The rooms are not 4 stars like |

The hotel is a hidden gem of Sitges. It always provides everything you need to ensure a good holiday. I did ask for a quiet room, but was given a room next to a busy staircase and over a function room which held a rowdy party until 2.00am. |

It's pretty close to the beach (100 m), but it's not a first line hotel. There's no a guest room for taking shower, packing luggage etc. We did it in the office of the staff!!! After check-out the staff agreed to leave our baggage only at the reception because they said there was no a deposit room for that but then we saw how baggage of a guest who was checking in was deposited in a special locked room!!! Only after we demanded to put our baggage there it was done. The safe was the thing of time. There was sand on the blanket in bed after room cleaning. There was not a shampoo. |

It was near the beach, and it was quiet. This was my 3rd time to stay at your hotel and I must say I was very disappointed with the hotel . we booked room only, but was surprised that there was not even a kettle in the room to make a cup of coffee. Nor was there anywhere to buy cigarettes. The service in the bar was very poor , with just the one barman on all day. Also we could nt get any food after 3.30pm in the hotel , till 7-00pm. I brought friends with me and told them how good the hotel was omly for them to be meet with this, im sure I shall never be back nor will I be recommending your hotel to my friends in the furture. |

The pool area The bathroom was awful...too old and needs urgent renovation. The hotel also has 2 parts to it, a new part (in front) and an old part (back of the hotel). I was placed at the back part. Also, no free wifi which for a 4star hotel is unacceptable. |

locatiion for beach good, nice and quiet in a residential area, walk to the old town on promenade took 10-15 mins could be a problem for edlery or disabled. bedrooms were a bit small, maybe needs updating and decorating soon |

The pool facilities and the restaurant are quite nice. I also liked the fact that the hotel is close to the beach. While the price is fair for what you get, this hotel cannot be considered as a 4-star hotel by any normal standards. The hotel should not be categorized as a 4-star hotel because this ultimately leads to disappointments. |

It was located close to the beach. It had its own pool and the hotel was clean. We had a leak in our room one night which we had to sort ourselves despite notifying staff. They fixed it the next day, however they only offered a €10 reduction for the trouble! |

Very friendly, helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, very welcoming - a good base for exploring the region Basic rooms, cramped bathrooms - ill planned layout with toilet so close to wall and toilet roll holder in the way.Bicycles advertised for rent, but never available during our 5 day stay, and not bookable. |

The pool area was nice and the location good - just out of town so nice and quiet We were in the "new" section of the hotel which is not as nice as the old and further away from the pool area. Also, I would not classify this as a 4 star hotel. |

The location, the pool, the staff. Rooms were far too small and the air conditioning system was not powerful enough to keep some parts of the building and the rooms at an acceptable temperature and up to the standards of a 4-star hotel |

The swimming pool area was very good. The rest of the service was very poor. The service was really bad. They put all kind of difficulties to do anything. For instance, it's immposible to have lunch together with friends if some of you choose the menu and others a simple sandwich because it's a different area separeted only by an immaginary line. Another example, it's impossible to buy water at night, you have to go to a near hotel of a lower category |

For european standards it was a good hotel overall. A mix of gay, lesbian, family and couples that did not mind the company of each other. Service was good and down to earth.I stayed with my girlfriend and we had a good time seeing this mix of people. |
