Room layout and location The bike rental was restricted to pick and return only from 10-12 am. Food was detestable and barely ingest able. The only hotel in all of the places in Europe the past three months that I would definitely not return to. |

The hotel is right on the beach and the views of the sea are fantastic. It was a great family hotel. The breakfasts were great, but the dinners could be better. Regardless, it was fine for kids. |

The size and position of the room - comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Helpful desk staff. Good internet connection. No kingsize bed. Some meal service staff surly. |

Location was stunning. Loan of cycles was great idea. Not a great deal of activity in the hotel - maybe as was end of season. Main pool was in shadow for most of the day. Staff seemed very disinterested in customers/their jobs. |

Great staff who were very attentive. Great facilities and value for money - we had the half board option which included a great breakfast and gourmet 3-course dinner. 30 minute walk to main shopping area but a tram provided regular transport to and from hotel. |

The views from our huge balcony on the third floor, overlooking the golf course, mountains, and ocean, were breathtaking.The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast was as good as I have had abroad. I really love this hotel. It is situated at the extreme (southwestern) end of Sitges next to the river estuary and the golf course, and there is a beautiful 20 minute walk along the paseo (promenade) into the town (1.5 Km)...I will certainly return here. The meals in the main restaurant overlooking the sea, were pricey. |

Location was great if you are happy with a 10 minute walk to Sitges centre, hotel was comfortable and on the waters edge.Rooms were big and well kitted out - and clean.Ideal location for a beech holiday that is in a cosmopolitan resort and with very easy access to Barcelona. The rooms decor was a little tired and needed a fresh coat of paint - though not enough to impact enjoyment of holiday.Service was poor and food in evening was limited and not great - we went for dinner bed and breakfast and only ate in hotel once. |

cycle hire included in package, location very quiet, hotel staff very friendy and helpful, after problems on 1st night regarding dinner the manager acted and things improved immensley there after lack of commuincation on 1st night regarding menu choice |

1. The terase had amazing view over the sea 2. Bikes included in room rate - I cant even imagine being without this (if you dont have it it is 9 euros per day) 3. Breakfast is nice 1. Everything is very outdated - they could make this hotel 5 star hotel in no time, but it is clear noone has any interest in doing that 2. Waiters do not speak english, so first night we had lots of fun (not) eating things that we had no idea what they are - it was disgusting lol 3. Halfboard dinner is disgusting, dont even go near ( cheese tortelini with bolognese sauce - cheese tortelini tasted like chocolat tortelini) |

The overall standard of the Hotel was good (=4*), clean rooms with lots of space, pool and bars areas well kept and presented. Breakfast and evening meals were of a good quality, though: under half board only 2 choices for starters, main and desert, wider choice required at dinner. 2nd night in , I had to complain about the slow dinner service under the half board arrangements, not enough staff allocated, and problems with the language barrier, non English speaking waiters. Service improved each day for 3 days as more staff were allocated to serve- hats off! |
