proximity to the beach 1-we were eaten alive by mosquitos in our room all week.2-hotel is nowhere near a 4 star hotel standard.No fridge in room.not even a kettle.the decor is like a bad 3 star hotel fron the 70s !!! |

Beach accross the road was really lovely and the location was nice and quiet The carpet literally was alive! There were mosquitoes in our room and we were badly bitten in spite of taking our own precautions. I was shocked by the dishevelled state of the hotel considering it has recieved 4 star status and I am also sorry to say that I found the staff unhelpful and unwelcoming when we checked in. |

I found the overall experience good, the pool was lovely and the beach was only across the road, I also liked that even though the hotel was out of the town it was still very accessable |

The best views of the Mediterrean than any resort hotel in the area. Best pool with view of any hotel. Great patios, sea views, beach acess, old world charm. Needs a renovation, quiet old but clean. Location is a bit far out of the centre, but close to beach. The pool was great, but the needs a paint job. |

Nice location cross to beach, and my children really enjoyed pool too. I think family with small child may be convenient. In fact, many families were staying. There was not many kind of food in buffet for breakfirst/binner. it was almost same food everyday. There was not frige in the room, need to buy cold drink/beer in hotel bar. It is long distance between hotel and Sitges centre.(over 30minites by walking) |

The staff in the reception were very friendly and helpfull. The cleaning staff very fast, when I complained about lack off cleaning. It smelled old/cigars, the carpet felt almost alive (very old) and the beds were dirty. An uncomfortable place to stay. Over all a disaster to call Terramar a four star hotel. |

Very good location by the sea (20 meters to the beach). Helpful staff, very clean and big room, nice balcony, seaview. Breakfast was good enough. Quiet and relaxing environment, good for families. Beach and sea was great for all ages. Good pool at the hotel (not for small children though since its rather deep, need to be able to swim). No fridge in the room. Safe cost extra. 20 minutes walking distance to nearest shop and the city but the walk was nice on the beach front ! |

Fabulous location, Hotel Staff could not have been nicer. Fantastic Seaviews. breakfast good. The only fault that we have about this hotel is the very very dated decor- needs urgent updating!!! |

Close to Barcelona,Montserrat , wine factorys, every day swimming possinilities, evening in Sitges nice. There was not possible to reach with children trollys from street to the first floor, because there were only steps. |

I liked the prime location of the hotel, e.g. the proximity to the beach, the sea view and the quiet relaxing area the slow service...except the competent and friendly british receptionist |

Balconies overlooking the seafront are quite nice, and so is the atmosphere in this hotel which is a little old-fashioned, yet has its charm. Rooms are spacious, which is not that typical in Sitges - a definite plus! The distance of about 2km from Sitges centre is a good compromise between the buzz of Sitges and tranquility/relax. The distance means longer walks or public transport. |

No need for a car, plenty of public transport. Nicely out of town for people wanting quieter evenings. Very good indeed for beach/pool holiday. Lovely stroll into Town along the esplanade. BBC world news on the room TV. Very polite and pleasant staff. They did not have the Wifi they promised but gave me 5% discount instead. The English breakfast had no bacon or fried eggs or mushrooms. Only 25% occupied during early June, so very quiet in public areas. It is a very old Hotel and it looks a little tired generally. |

the hotel itself was clean and very nice. the bell boy was exceptionally helpful, and the dinner and bar were very good, and they spoke english, which was exciting. however, the hotel was probably rated back in the 70's, and it feels much like an episode of Dynasty (food, elevator, room and bathroom styling, squeaky floor). |

j'avais séjourné dans cet hotel qq années auparavant et ai été déçu du veillissement des lieux pourtant avec un potentiel fort agréable : espace pouvant permettreun séjour atractif le manque de capitaux sue de partout rouille des serrures moquette dépassée meubles vraiment moches dommage une renovation s'impose rapidement sinon ce sera catastrophique |
