J'ai apprécié l'espace de cet hôtel, sa situation géographique (métro, aéroport, quartier calme où l'on trouve où se restaurer). Le bâtiment, de l'extérieur, est triste. |

surface disponible de chambre. Un vrai bureau de travail. Internet gratuit ménage moyen. vue directe sur arrières et réveil à 4h30 du matin à cause des approvisionnements (propre à la chambre qu'on m'a fournie). Décoration un peu vieillotte. |

My wife and I did enjoy the hotel during our two-day stay. It is confortable, spascious and great dining room. Very good food and dining room service. Its closeness to the airport and the airportbus is a major help when coming and going by air. We recommend it highly. Also, Barajas Village, or small suburban city gives it a special charm. |

The hotel employees were very friendly and courteous. I was traveling alone (woman) and had a wonderful meal alone in the hotel dining room. The staff was attentive and I didn't feel out of place eating by myself. My room was extremely comfortable - great pillows and nice separate shower and bath. I would definitely stay there again, especially if travelling alone. |

The coffee in the bar was nice and the barman friendly. The manager on checking out was very efficient as opposed to when I checked in. |

great room pool was fillthly and no one used it. asked the front dest about any spa services and they said they had none. In the room was informaiton to the contary. by the time we found the information it was too late to have an outside service provider come to the hotel. |

The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) |
