It was an overnight stay passing through. The Hotel met our needs as a family of four. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The noise of the pump or whatever regarding the jacuzzi made noise throughout the night, which was somewhat disconcerting, but not enough to prevent us returning to the hotel at a future time. |

Convenient to airport. Had airport shuttle. 1. Bus driver delivered me to the wrong terminal at the airport, causing delay and forcing me to find an intra-terminal shuttle. He could have checked or waited a couple of minutes for me to check, but did not. 2. Front desk gave poor advice on tennis courts nearby -- location only, not indicating that they were world class. Consequently, I went elsewhere and wished I had not. |

Wonderful shuttle service to airport. We had an early flight and were able to sign up for the shuttle at 3:30 a.m. Driver was ready to go on time! Wi Fi should be free in our opinion! |

They had a nice breakfast buffet and they sent staff to the room quickly to help with a few initial problems. All night long the air conditioner made a periodic loud clicking noise that made sleeping nearly impossible for a light sleeper. We had a "family room" and the beds were very crowded in a small space. |

The hotel was awesome! Very very clean and spacious. The location is only good if you need to be near the airport. It costs $30 one way to make it into the city. |

convenient to airport, check in very good. Surly and unhelpful bar staff. Curtesy bus full and as a result had to pay for a taxi to the airport, despite informing reception that we intended to use the bus. |

The rate and the room if you get the nice and the right room requested. We didn't during the first stay as the safe wasn't working and had to move to a worse room where the reception Monica was unpleasant. However on our second stay a week later the clerck at the reception was fairly friendly. Requested double beds but had to sleep on king size bed. We had the worse two nights ever. |

Airport pick up. Waited at the designated pick up spot for over 1 hour. Several vans past by and didn't stop. Finally, we had to call hotel and have van pick us up. No evening meal, only room service. |
