The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Also, the hotel is out of the city center but right next to a metro stop so it is very easy and convenient to get to. The hallways were long and dark. There was minimal lighting in the hallways but motion sensors would turn on lights just as you walked by. I thought it was rather scary in the hallways and was glad I was with two other people. |

internet was not working and nobody has fixed it during 3 days I staid in the hotel neither offered to change the room improve internet system (no wireless still!!) |

The hotel was clean and easy to use faciliteis. The reception personal where kind to give us information of places that we needed to go. The free drink voucher on arrival was a good gesture The pillows are not so comfortable. English language not well spoken except in reception |

Rooms clean and tidy, good facilities for leisure centre, not so great as a 4 star hotel. They would close the bar when people were still in it, turn the lights off and actually leave you sat in the dark!!! Had to pay to park in the hotel carpark. |

The staff is great, they really help you. IT also has a big gym beside the hotel although most of the people don't have time to use it. Location is a little far although it does have a metro station a block away. |

location, 10 min to center by metro. very quiet place, very quiet hotel. shops near hotel. i recommend buffet breakfast and self service lunch. the bar need some improvements |

No window view. No wireless internet, also need to bring your own cable to hook up internet. I requested for a king size bed, but they simply give me 2 full-size bed. Said it's hotel rule. |

I liked the (wired) free internet in the room and proximity of the hotel to a metro station. A not so friendly reception desk, difficulty to check out (long line), and a strange bill that pretends there were 2 people in the room while I was alone (they did not want to correct it). Also unclear why one night was triple the price of the other nights. The total was as booked, though. |

Quite area with very clean & modern rooms. Within walking distance to shops/restaurants. Parking is a problem if not using the hotel carpark |

Although at city edge, the hotel is within walking distance of the metro station, Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The area is quiet. On overall a very good value for the money. No complaints. |
