We had no hot water for 3 days a very unrelaxing ,would not recommend This hotel is not relaxing place to stay, we had not hot water for 3 days after complaining we were moved to a room that was very nosey not value for money |

We stayed with our little daughter (18 monthes) and the staff was really friendly with her and with us. The hotel has a private beach which is absolutely stunning. The rooms on the street side are exposed to a noisy bar, acoustic is weak in the hotel. |

Service och SPA samt att det inte hade barnfamiljer Det var så hemskt lyhört att man hörde vad rummsgrannarna sade. Ibland trodde man dom var i´vårt rum. Kusligt. |

las instalaciones. Aunque para mi gusto pintaria la fachada...Mucha tranquilidad. me parecio un poco ridiculo que en pleno verano sea imprescindible llevar pantalon largo para entrar al comedor.El estado de la playa. |

L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier calme et paisible de Palmanova. Le personnel s'est montré très aimable et rend volontiers service. Le parc et les parties communes sont bien aménagés. Belle piscine. Certains aménagements de la chambre étaient abimés/usés (boiserie notamment) ce qui en soit n'est certes pas dramatique mais est un peu décevant en comparaison du prix de la chambre. L'insonorisation n'était pas très bonne (hélas ce problème semblent récurant dans les hôtels...). Le buffet des salades un peu banal pour un 4 étoiles. |

Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Mannschafr an der Rezeption und die Fleißigen und sehr netten Wellnessmitarbeiter/innen Das Essen war nicht so der Hit - Das Frühstück war sehr auf das Notwendigste beschränkt - Das Abendessen haben wir sogar abgebrochen, da es kalt serviert wurde ......... |
