Tranquilo. El día que llegamos nos tuvieron que cambiar de apartamento porque la bañera y el quicio de la puerta de entrada al baño estaban llenos de hormigas muertas. En el nuevo que nos dieron tuvimos que avisar nuevamente porque no cerraban bien las puertas correderas de salida a la terraza. La puerta de entrada al apartamento se bamboleaba con el viento. No cumple las exigencias de un apartahotel ya que no dispone de los servicios de un hotel. 2 días de 6 no nos hicieron las habitaciones. |

La atención de los dueños era muy agradable. Como en toda la isla, hay hormigas. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta si realmente utilizas el apartamento para cocinar y comer alli. |

El trato en recepción muy correcto y agradable. La calma y tranquilidad en el Club. A 20 minutos de Ciudadela, ciudad que no hay q dejar de visitar y de recomendar: "Chillhouse LaSanta"en la zona del puerto y restaurantes muy agradables. Está un poco dejado el estado general del apartamento;necesita mejor limpieza cotidiana; varias reformas antes de que ya sea muy tarde y va en ese camino...Apartamento para 4 personas con 4 tenedores, 4 cuchillos, 4 cucharas...todos distintos y desparejados, pocos utensilios de cocina y estado "pasable". Calidad/precio desproporcionado y no coherente. |

El personal del hotel es brillante en su trabajo, te resuelven todo lo que pueda estar en su mano. Son agradables y profesionales. Los apartamentos y el jardin-piscina son bonitos. Lugar muy tranquilo, idoneo para descansar. Un 10 al conjunto. |
