Hotel was easy to find from the motorway, has good parking facilities, room was quiet enough for me. Customer service from the staff was good, but not excellent. They were not as attentive or caring as I thought they could have been. |

The hotel is in a good location to the Bilbao airport, but has a bus connection to the city as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. |

Close to the airport (10 minutes by taxi). Close to the city, by bus (20 minutes). Nice hotel, fair restaurant. No breakfast included. No internet included. And internet was expensive and slow. |

Hotel in general was OK, but it is in the middle of now-where. We have chosen it to stay closer to the airport because of early flight and safe some money with a taxi... but.. the price was the same as from Bilbao- 20 eur. If I would know it from the beginning I would stay in the city center. |

The room was quite, didnt hear any noise from the neighbour rooms and I had the room facing some fields at the back, so didnt get any traffic noise from the street. Could sleep with an open window and get a lio of fresh air The room I got was definitely a smoking room, but I just didnt bother asking for a change as I was staying there only few hours during the night on the way to the coast.Another thing is that I was thinking it's an airport hotel, and didnt expect that I need to drive so far to get there. In the Sondika village itself it was not really indicated where the hotel is. |

Sur la page web il est écrit que la ville de Bilbao est à 15 minutes à pied. C'est faut, elle est à 15 minutes de bus via autoroute. Bus qui ne passe que toute les heures durant la semaine, et toutes les 2 heures le dimanche. La fin du service de bus est à 23h00 |

No hay problemas para estacionar el vehículo, porque está situado a las afueras de un pequeño pueblo muy tranquilo. La cama era muy pequeña, teniendo en cuenta que viajamos ua matrimonio y una niña de 2 años. La conexión a internet es de pago 1/2 hora 3€ incluso con wifi también es de pago. Últimamente los hoteles con wifi te lo ofrecen gratis, como un servicio más del hotel. La habitación era adaptada para minusválidos con lo que para el que no es minusválido le perjudica en algunas cosas. |

El mejor hotel de Bilbao si lo que necesitas es ir al aeropuerto, a 10 minutos justos en coche en linea recta. No tiene servicio de restaurante, y en el pueblo de Sondika no hay donde cenar. Debes ir a un pueblo cercano, Derio, que está a unos 10 minutos en coche. |

Hotel de confort agréable, calme et proche de l'aéroport de bilbao. Accès pas facile de nuit et pas de signalisation ou pas vu. Obligé de s'arèter et de demander notre chemin. |

O quarto é muito agradável, bem decorado e com mobília recente. O local é bastante sossegado e o hotel tem a vantagem de possuir parque de estacionamento gratuito. Do hotel ao centro de Bilbao são cerca de 8 ou 9 km, o que o torna numa excelente opção para quem viaja de carro. Não há nada a apontar de negativo, no entanto há que ter em conta que os restantes serviços (bar,restaurante, etc.) não foram usufruídos e como tal não podem receber opinião. |
