Fantastic hotel, even the aqua the Valencia is available. Excellent location for a congress. Not really in the centrum of the city, you need a taxi, metro or bus. |

I liked the room and its facilities, and the fact that it was always maintained by housekeeping. The hotel was beautiful and very modern. The only thing I would recommend is having an airport shuttle service for the people staying there. |

The hotel was very comfortable for its price and there was a gym and sauna available at no cost. There wasn´t enough free parking available. |

Beautiful modern room and bathroom.luxurious atmosphere.good tv with lots of international channels too.nice hotel lobby, modern design, with very comfortable furniture and a pleasant atmosphere. No restaurant open neither friday nor saturday evenings just an empty cafeteria.pool out of order as no water in the pool and in the jacuzzi, which appears to be always the case as I read in many past critics!too bad because the location would be make it very pleasant. |

Well equipped rooms, free wi fi, and although on the edge of town you are only a few minutes away from train/ tram to take you to centre of town. Parking a bit pricey - but get the impression that parking in Valencia is at a premium, so probably the going rate. A very minor point, but those coffee machines at breakfast buffet need fixing...takes about 5 minutes to get enough coffee to drip feed through to get a cupful!! |

Every thing has been perfect!! Fantastic Hotel!! You are you just opposite the congress palace, metro line are near the hotel ( "Beniferri" 4 minutes by foot and "Palao de congressos" only 2 minutes!). Room was very spacious and cleaning, big plasma TV, big and nice bathroom and from the tenth level you can taste a very good view on the city! Metrò close at 11.30 PM, so to get back to the hotel you have to take a taxi ( 5-6 euro from the city center to the hotel). |

it is close to public transport ( bus and metro) so u have easy access to city centre and beach, very quiet and excellent service there was one thing we missed althougt this is a detail, we would have liked more english speaking channels on the TV, the only thing there was english news, it would have been nice to have a movie or series |

Rooms are quite nice and you feel the quality of the place. However, we took a superior room and we found several problems that the staff didnot resolve until the last night (thrid day). Every morning there was a strong noise in our room due to electrical problems. No doors can be closed (I don't mean to lock, I mean just to close), and this is not nice when you use the bathroom. We had to ask for double bed sheets every day. One day they just gave us the sheets to make us to do the change! The first day there was no water in the hotel. After all of these they didn't apolagize. |

a) much attention to details b) cleaning every day c) two computers with printer for free d) I think they have maps of metro for free, they can help you move at the city e) TV a) hotel staff was distant and formal - that would please rich people but not young people b) no drinks or snacks machine c) hideously expensive cafeteria! 3€ for 330ml water and 5€ if you order it from room service d) far from center [but well connected to] e) they charge about 40% more if you want to stay more f) two computers were too few g) no games or any other kind of entertainment |

Comfortable and clean rooms with effective individual air-conditioning control. Good connections by bus (line 62, stop at 100 mt.), tram (line 4, stop at 250 m.) and underground (line 1, stop at 450 m.). Taxi stop just in front of the hotel doors. The hotel is very close to the congress centre and to the exibition centre. The hotel is rather far from the city centre (15 mins. by bus) and from the seaside (30 mins. by tram) so it may not be advisable for holidays or city sightseeing. Wi-Fi access is easy but it can be a bit unsteady on high floors: do not forget a network cable. |

Sometimes the wait at reception was a bit slow. The pool was out of order which would have been more annoying if we'd been staying more than one night. |

It really was like a palace. Definitely the nicest hotel we stayed at on our whole trip. With booking.com's competitive rates, we were able to stay at what should be a five star location for less than a two star price. The only problem was that it was about a half mile from the nearest metro. Other than that it really was perfect. |

Excellent accommodation with 2 bedrooms. Good choice at breakfast and available between 7am - 11am. The swimming pool was 'out of action' for the duration of our stay - 5 days. |
