Yes, the room was infested with ants, this was brought to the attention of the hotel staff with out a resolution, for the price and the 4 stars this hotel has wse were very dissatisfied, and believe the rating of 4 stars does not reflect our experience very poor, we have been visitong this hotel since it opened and this year we felt it was very poor standards. |

A comfortable, spacious room, large ,clean bathroom. The food was excellant, both in quality and variety of choice. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. All queries at reception were delt with in a friendly and attentive manner.Variety of activities was excellent. |

Prisvärt ändå med måltiderna/buffeerna och bekvämt . Perfekt läge vid strand och nära centrum. Gick bra att parkera gratis på närliggande gata . Trevlig , serviceminded serverings personal i restaurangen :-) Känns kanske inte 4 stjärnigt . Buffeerna ok men har varit med om bättre. Slitna rum och ingen vidare städning ( i stort sett bara bäddning av säng - kändes aldrig fräscht nystädat som det brukar på hotell). Första dan var det ngt fel på vattnet Poolen så den gick ej att bada i . |

goede verzorging van de kamers. Goed ontbijt en ruime keuze voor het avondeten. De bar in het hotel ging wel erg vroeg dicht. Rond 10.45. Een avond werd zelfs het licht al gedeeltelijk uitgedraaid. |

Dejligt hotel med meget venligt personale - dog var maden under al kritik. Morgenmaden dog ok Ja, gør mere ud af tilberedningen af maden. Det vil være rart, hvis der fandtes bedre oplysning om spa mulighederne på engelsk. |

la piscina, el buffet desayuno, el detalle de la botella de cava en la habitacion 1.- pocos ascensores para la capacidad del hotel, en ocasiones la espera llegaba a 10 minutos. 2.- el personal que estaba el primer día de estancia en el comedor a la hora del desayuno fue muy poco educado, no nos dejaba pasar pq la tarjeta estaba desactivada y además lo dijo de malos modos. |

Vi havde valgt halvpension fordi vi troede på at kvaliteten svarede til de 4 stjerner. Det gjorde den langtfra. Selvom vi havde betalt for halvpension spiste vi der kun 2 gange. Den anden gang fordi der var mange gæster I week-enden og dette måske havde forbedret standarden, men nej. Send manageren på besøg på andre hoteller med 4 stjerner, han må gerne tage chef-kokken med. |

la amplitud de la habitacion La comida pesima, muy mal presentada y de muy poca calidad. El cuarto de baño con la bañera desconchada, la piscina cubierta sin ninguna persona a cargo de ella consitiendo que entren los bebes con dodotis,, aunque creo que eso es algo que debian de tener el cuenta los papas... |

Las instalaciones son cómodas y los servicios bastante completos. La habitación en la planta 8 era confortable pero no se puede dormir debido al enorme ruido de los sistemas de climatización que deben de estar sobre esa planta en el tejado. |
