Upgraded to suite upon arrival, very pleased with room. Staff very helpful. Excellent location in a beautiful city. Use of the gym, indoor pool/spa cost an extra 20 euro's per hour which is expensive and should really be included free like most other good hotels. |

The location was good and the room was spacious. The indoor pool shown is not free. The free hotel pool is an outdoor, roof top pool. |

Good central location with very helpful reception staff. Pool small but nice. Air conditioning did nothing to lower the temperature in the room.No information on prices to use the spa. |

City centre based. Convenience to public transport and the roof top pool. People shouting during the night and the scooter and traffic noise |

The spa was excellent. The noise from foyer, dining hall and reception travelled up to bedroom. The entrance to the car park was narrow and made driving into it difficult. |

The hotel is located in the old center of the city close to all attractions. The public parking is close by. Price/quality level is OK. The buffet breakfast and diner are very good. |

Excellent location and pleasant staff Very awkward entrance to parking garage (impossible in a large car). Did not get room that was booked. |

We thought the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and our room was comfortable. Location was quite convenient to the bus station and very central to the old town and the night life. Our biggest gripe was that the hotel was advertised as a Spa Hotel. We did not expect to gave to pay £15 each for a swim in the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was empty for cleaning. So an afternoon swim for two was £30 - too much we thought. |

We enjoyed the ethnic style of the lobby. Very romantic, atmospheric, ideal for romantic holidays, as is Cadiz itself. Excellent! There should be a more restricted number of people using the spa at the same time. |

Location is good, central yet quiet. Sleeping comfort (mattresses, ..) was very good. The deal we got was good value for money. Breakfast mediocre, plates and cutlery not clean at all. Nice hotel patio but unusable because of subzero airco. The cost of the add-ons, such as the spa facility, is prohibitively high. |

the hotel is in the center of the old town. everything is very close by.Also we where there during Ester, we did not heard any noise at night, it was very quiet the gym is in the basement, very close to the sauna. It gets very warm and very wet, difficult to exercise correctly. Also, it is difficult to park in the area, you have to pay for the parking (general problem in Cadiz) |

The proximity to the sites in the old part of the city. Compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip, it was overpriced for what we got. |

The room was always clean, and the beds are extra large and very comfortable. There is a nice seating area just beyond the lobby as well as a nice little cafe behind the concierge desk. I was surprised by the lack of English spoken by the concierge at the hotel. |

We were disappointed that the use of the Spa was not included in the price of the stay, the advertisement of the Hotel made it seem as though the pool and Spa were part of the stay. |

Look out over the Atlantic Ocean from your room at this modern holiday hotel, set beside Genovés Park in the charming coastal city of Cádiz. |
This classic, yet contemporary hotel is situated in an excellent position overlooking the popular city beach of Playa de la Victoria. |
The hotel is well-situated on one of the city’s main boulevards, just 100 metres from the well-known blue flag Victoria beach and close to the conference centre. |
Located in the very heart of the thousand-year-old city of Cadiz and a few minutes away from the Santa Maria del Mar beach and Conference Centre. |
