Found the hotel very clean, staff were professional, and location was excellent! One desk staff was lacking knowledge that we needed to obtain about tranfers to the airport. |

The hotel is comfortable and perfect located. Our room looked in the inside stairs and was rather noisy, but when we asked on the reception, they gave us another and were very polite in general. |

The hotel is located on a nice quiet street within a block or two the Plaza and Las Ramblas. The room was was spacious compared to other hotels we had stayed at on our vacation in Spain. The staff at the hotel were very accomodating and eager to attend to any of our needs. |

Perfect location in the best modern part of the city. Nice and larg (insist to see first- they have some small once) renwed rooms. Close to many shops coffe bars and restaurants. Back rooms very quiet. Avoide the very expensive breakfast. Some rooms have no window to the street . |

It is not a luxurious hotel but it fulfills all the needs of the guest. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Breakfast. Expenive (not included in the rate) and pretty basic. |

The hotel has a great location very close to Passeig de Gracia. Front desk staff were also excellent. The breakfast buffet was chronically out of coffee, tea, milk, etc. When the staff were requested to replenish these items, they took a very long time to do so - busy chatting in the back about thier weekend. |

Location was excellent, the blackout curtains were great for sleeping late during the early European summer mornings, and - even though we were in a room on the street - it was really quiet. Missing a few simple basics, like tissues in the bathroom, a hotel manual describing facilities, etc. |

The service, comfort of room The dinner was not good, and the staff in the restaurant were only interested in the football match and not in their guests. The kitchen has to learn to cook lamb. |

Clean, quiet, close to center, easy access to public transport, nice area with lots of shops. Price for breakfast is too high for a family i.e. non business traveler, but enough local shops around the corner to start the day for one third of the price. |
