Very large room on the fifth floor. 3 floors over 5 are dedicated to smoking rooms - even if the rooms are clean, you will have to endure a smell of old smoke. Very noisy in the morning because of the people inside and outside the hotel |

It's location is excellent, just next to Gran Via and easy to get to anywhere. Very clean and very big room! Helpful staff. Big Bed. Bright Room. Nice Bath. Quite sound-proof from the sound on the street. Haven't tried the kitchenette, dunno how it works. Something in the room sounds weird in the room and kept whole night. A bit scary thus I switched on the TV for whole night. Hot water did not come constantly. No boiling facilities in the room. No catering service in the hotel (but there are lots of choices nearby). |

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious room, kitchenette, fridge, huge bathroom, tall windows. Good central location - almost all places of interest can be reached by foot. Metro station around the corner, another one in 3 minutes walk. Very noisy street, but it not the hotel's fault. |

good location, big room, clean, fridge available, easy way to the airport by Metro small bath room, no lobby, no bar, no restaurant. It is more an apatment hotel than a real hotel |

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. THe location was excellent too. The hotel does not have a their name outside. Also, the reception is very small and does not suit the quality of the rooms. |

Great location, great room, excellent staff. Situated on a road that has many stripclubs though this doesn't detract from the hotel's supberb location which is a 2 minutes walk to Gran Via. |
