Breakfast ok , room ok Parking very expensive , they want money in advance , curious I stayed 3 times and never ask me money in advance.Above all price make the rule and I recomand it! |

The suite gave us a lot of space and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The elevators seemed to need some service, they were a bit noisy and shaky. |

We arrived just after 10 pm and had to leave at 4 am the next morning. The room was immaculate. The beds were firm and comfortable. The separate living room/television was set up nicely. Our washroom was a full size. We ordered a small snack from the cafeteria/bar and wished we could have been there longer to use the other facilities. The shuttle bus driver was there to take us to the airport at 4 am. Having the free coffee and snacks in the lobby that early was a nice bonus. The only thing we did not enjoy was the shuttle bus on arrival. We had emailed our arrival times in advance. As we did not have a cell phone with us, it took a while to find a car rental person who telephoned the hotel to let them know we were there for pick up (it would be nice to have a courtesy phone in the airport). When the shuttle arrived, there was not enough room for everyone. My daughter and I were the lucky last 2 people to make it on that shuttle. The whole experience was about an hour and a half from the time we were outside waiting for the shuttle until we arrived at the hotel. |

we are 5. so we got two rooms one for 3 one for 2. it was great, had a fridge, separate tv room one had two bathrooms, a real plus with 2 girls...the airport shuttle guys where rough though. the rest was nice... ah, and if you are driving in, good luck, it was imposiblr to find, finally i turned in my car one day earlier just to have the airport shuttle go and pick us up at the airport, i you might just as well, driving in madrid is tough and the metro is great, and only ane short bus stop from the hotel. the hotel is 1/2 block from a mall with a food court, lots of nice places to eat. I would go back definitelly. ah, yea, the airport shittle guys. |

Near Airport. Free Airport shuttle. Spacious apartment. Fair breakfast. Nearby Shopping Center. Good for airport waits. Pool only opens from 15th June each year, despite the hot days since May. |

This is a very clean hotel, close to the airport. I think it is good value and the shuttle to and from the airport which saves you about 15 EURO's each way. If you want to travel to the downtown part of Madrid you will have to take a taxi which will cost you about 25 EURO's each way, there is not a metro station close by. |

It was clean,nice rooms,wifi and it was a bit far from the city but we could use a bus and metro.The bus stop was near the hotel so we didn't have problems.The big shopping mall was 5 minutes on foot.It's close to the airport. I wanted swim but they said it's closed.It was in Jun.They should notice that when we can use a swimming pool on tne web site.The safe box was out of order.You should book a shuttle bus to the Air port one day before. |

I liked the situation of the hotel, being close to the airport, as well as the spacious and clean rooms, but the personel got on my nerves. For starting demanded the Credit Card, when I had already paid the night to Booking.com through the Net, then barred our entrance to the breakfast room in the morning, because the recepcionist mistakenly wrote that we were only two persons instead of three. Should have more helpfull and competent personel and the shuttle should be more flexible, as it only leaves to the airport at the exact hours. If I had tooked the 7 o'clock one, we wouldn't have time to have breakfast, as it is served only after 7 o'clock! So I had to take a Taxi. |

Everything! The room was great, the staff was nice and the breakfast was very complete! The shuttle service to the airport is free and very convenient! It is far from the center which wasn't a problem for me as I was just waiting for another flight. |

Good Location if you want to travel outside of Madrid. Near airport. Bedroom and livingroom. Acceptable breakfast. There was also a swimming pool. For 50 eur - totally perfect. |
